Carmen

Carmen is some sort of harpy, a female in either her late teens or young adulthood.
She is rather lovely.
Messy gold hair reaches her upper back, and her eyes are as good as her best features, glimmering in a glitter-like gold that reflects light.
The skin that's visible, mostly her arms and face, are tanned.
She has a mostly humanoid body except for strange-looking feathered legs ending in bird-like feet with talons.
All of her feathers are gold and almost shimmer in the light, and her arms and wings are connected until about the elbow.
Her wingspan is wide, layers of golden feathers that shine neatly when bright light hits them.
