BAM Pokemon Design Info

Albastorm - Based on an Albatross
Alkeminx - for some reason the name always reminds me of Illumise
Alovera - Based on the Aloe Vera plant, note that "love" is a part of its name too.
Arfox - Like a fox/dog [Prevo: Wooflet]
Arialis - the name is a combination of Aria and Aurora Borealis. So it should be like a moth with wings that are reminiscent of the northern lights. [Stage 1: Minsect, Stage 2: Chrystalis]
Armorillo - Based on an armodillo
Bulldor - The name is a mixture of boar and boulder. [Stage 1: Calfire, Stage 2 no name yet]
Chipmunch - The name is a mixture of Chipmunk and Munch. So... it's a chipmunk I guess.
Chromastone - Good luck lol. The name is a mixture of Chromosone and Stone
Crushtacean - Should look like a crab with a big claw (to crush with) and lots of spidery legs. [Stage 1: Nippersnap, Stage 2: Arachnip]
Cuddlefish - We have concept art on this! It's a cuttlefish, but even cuter & cuddlier :333 I love cuddlefish. [Prevo: Squiddle]
Diamenix - name is Diamond x Phoenix. There is concept art for this.
Dolfin - Looks like a Dolphin. [Prevo: Fini]
Dorswish - Name is amazing trust me. Near-anagram of Swordfish, plus got Dorsal (the back fin on a fish) and Swish (the sound a sword makes) in there too. So yea a swordfish.
Dragonfly - Do I have to explain this one? lul
Gerbolt - the electric mouse of BAM. [Prevo: Ampster]
Gurilla - the GORILLA [Stage 1: Chimple, Stage 2 not currently named]
Halicia - yea I forgot umm... I think it's a snow angel with a halo or something? Might have to dig some chat logs on this one...
Karatoad - A toad that does karate...
Kastral - Should be based on a Kestrel. The name also includes Astral, do with that what u want.
Katakomb - It's a cat ghost thing that lurks underground in caves (catacombs)... it's dual with Nimpur (like solrock & lunatone etc.)
Kobolt - Kobold (a goblin basically) x Cobalt (the metal). So a cave goblin
Komodon - A Komodo Dragon
Locus-Pokus - a locust. obv make it fit the name and stat spread etc. In my mind its sprite should be standing on its back legs rather than with all of its legs on the ground (think like Pheromosa)
Lopsicle - a snow bunny! Floppy (like floppy ears) x Icicle
Metalmorph - Metal / Morph / Metamorph... so some kind of metallic shapeshifter... gl with this too lol psychic types are wild huh
Morgallup - Morgue x Gallop. A horse that's maybe kinda skeletal? Could be really cool...
Narwhale - a narwhal
Nimpur - Name is a combination of Nimbus (a kind of cloud) and purr. It's like a sky cat fairy thing...
Pandorable - based on a Red Panda. EXTRA CUTE!!! :D
Panthaw - Panther x Thaw. Ice-type
Phoenyx - Phoenix...
Porcuspine - a Porcupine! Exascerbate the spines I guess. [Prevo: Edgehog]
Rakunuki - Raccoon x Tanuki (a japanese raccoon dog). Look up images of it...
Rokaw - Rok (legendary bird) x Kakaw (bird call)
Scorpox - a poisonous scorpion. [Prevo: Scorpinch]
Sharshock - a shark that shocks........
Shrike - based on the bird of the same name. Look up info on wikipedia about it, it's pretty cool. It impales its prey on spikes it finds in the wild, so maybe including metal spikes in its design in some way would be cool. I weirdly really enjoy watching youtube videos of shrikes killing stuff.
Slugly - an ugly slug lol...
Stalk - Should look like a tiger (hence, stalking its prey) with a strong plant-like theme to it (like plant stalks)
Stormkite - Storm x Kite (kite as in the kind of bird but I guess also as in kites the toy too)
Surchin - Sea urchin
Terrattle - Snake that make the ground shake! Terra x Rattle [Prevo: Brattle]
Tortanium - Titanium battling tortoise [Prevo: Sturtle]
Uniclops - Unicorn [Prevo: Simpony]
