  1. Covet: -Cadence had been in one of the computer labs taking a test for her psych class. She was walking down the halls slowly, just kind of meandering. She wondered if Remy was hanging out with Coffman or something and started walking that direction. -
  2. Tsaaq: Remy sat on the computer with his eyes wide, visual bags under his eyes from reading horrible drivel for about a week straight. He and Coffman had been in the cafeteria since it had been mostly empty for the night. He held his head up while his elbows rested on the table, pulling at his raven locks. // Coffman looked over to Remy as he sipped from his coffee. "So, what's the verdict on the first draft scripts for ENG - 217 A? Did you read the night class kids yet?" He asked ever so casually. // Remy's eyes slowly moved to stare at Coffman. "Schmidt." He started to say. "They're all horrible. All of them." He said in a mortified whisper.
  3. Covet: -Cadence didn't see them in the office and started making her way back down the halls. When she stopped past the cafeteria she saw both of them sitting there. She walked over casually and set her bag down at one of the tables- Hi Babe, Hey Coffman. -She saw Remy's state and furrowed her brows and concerned- You look like hell. Are you draining his life force or something? -she asked Coffman-
  4. Tsaaq: He saw Cadence and inhaled deeply, giving her a wave before sitting back in his chair. "I'd give them all F's. F pluses. F minuses. Z minuses." Remy said in a ramble. // He looked at Remy and shrugged. "Fair enough. But then we'd have to make a curve so everyone doesn't fail the class or something." Coffman said. "Hello Cadence." He nodded at her then observed Remy. "Yeah, he does look pretty stressed now that I'm really looking." Coffman said slowly.
  5. Covet: I know, what the hell. You're going to have it all gone before I even get the chance to. -She gave Remy a slight smile- Is it punishment if you make them act out their own horrible writing? -she askeed the both of them- Especially if they're z minuses.
  6. Tsaaq: "Yeah Schmidt, I'm stressed." He said to Coffman in an irritated whisper. He shuffled through the printed copies of the scripts he had. "Act it out? An actor could never know how to even mark this shit." Remy said angrily. "Listen to this: Exterior, SPELLED WRONG SOMEHOW, Outside of car, day. Fred walks into car, whips it out. Girl across the parking lot sees. Starts touching herself, THIS IS PORN!" He exclaimed throwing the paper down. // Coffman went to pat his back. "Have I told you how much I appreciate your help? Do you want some money?" He asked, sounding sincere but trying not to laugh.
  7. Covet: The world needs Porn writers too. -Cadence said- But Jesus Christ. Whoever that is should just pay to have their shit written for them. Someone should be losing money for that crap.
  8. Tsaaq: Remy exhaled angrily. "Cadence, this isn't intro to porn. So that's irrelevant." He said sternly. "I don't want your money, you barely have any. I'm taking your money." Remy scoffed at Coffman. // He looked at Remy with a bit of an irritated expression. "Well I don't work for NBC anymore so pay isn't as good as it used to be. I will admit." He said softly. "I figured I'd offer anyways."
  9. Tsaaq: ((I'm not****))
  10. Covet: Sorry, I was just saying everyone gets their start somewhere. -she said leaning back in her chair, then she looked at Coffman- Wait...you used to work for NBC? Why don't you anymore?
  11. Tsaaq: "Yeah okay but why were you saying that? Who cares?" Remy interjected then rolled his eyes. "Cause he fucked up, why else does anybody end up here?" He answered before shuffling through the papers once more. // He cleared his throat as he put his coffee down on the table. "Well I wouldn't use those words to describe it but I came to a point where I needed a job and this was available." Coffman answered carefully.
  12. Covet: Because I was trying to be funny. Just give me a z minus for effort. -Cadence said trying not to be snappy- Some of us didn't fuck up until we got here. -she looked over at Coffman blinking at him- Well that's informative. Do you regret this decision at this point in time?
  13. Tsaaq: Remy sighed then kept his eyes on the papers, resisting the urge to say anything. // He looked up a moment then pressed his lips together tightly before shrugging. "Eh." He answered. "It's neither here nor there." Coffman replied.
  14. Covet: Despite those fuck ups, things could be a hell of a lot worse. -Cadence said softer, then spoke up- Teaching is about the reward of passing knowledge onto others, not the paycheck right? or some philosophical bullshit like that.
  15. Tsaaq: He went to turn one of the pages then sighed loudly. // "I guess you could say that if you're passionate about what you do." Coffman shrugged his shoulders. "I don't really try to think too hard about it." He sighed a little.
  16. Covet: -Cadence looked over at Remy hearing the sigh, that grated on her more than it probably should have- Am I bothering you by being here or something? Or is it just me being around in general lately? -she tried to ask in a calm tone.-
  17. Tsaaq: "You talk a lot." Remy said in a monotone, keeping his eyes on the paper. // His eyes widened a little at Cadence's question, he decided to sip his coffee and try to stay out of it instead of interjecting.
  18. Covet: You're just now realizing this? -Cadence told him flatly- Is that why you've been giving me this kind of attitude all week?
  19. Tsaaq: Remy sighed, throwing his head back a moment before putting his face in his hands. "I am not doing this right now." He answered quietly then went back to looking over the papers. // Coffman rose his eyebrows and looked around awkwardly. "Ummm." He hummed quietly.
  20. Covet: Fine, then let me know when works best for us to do this. I'm going home, I'd hate for something else I say to cause another painstaking sigh out of you. -She looked at Coffman- Later Teach. Maybe give him a break and read a few yourself? -she shrugged then started to walk offf-
  21. Tsaaq: "Why are you being so dramatic about everything? I don't understand!" Remy said loudly as she walked away. "Everything isn't the end of the world and every moment isn't fucking scene from degrassi. Calm the fuck down. I am getting too old for this shit." He turned in his chair to look at her. // "Uhhhhh." Coffman still neglected to actually speak during the tiff, his eyes still wide.
  22. Covet: -Cadence turned around to look at him- I'm not the one sighing over every little thing someone says. I'm sorry that I tend to speak my mind, which ultimately makes things dramatic. Don't act like you haven't done the same thing before. I appologize that I haven't matured like yourself. What do you want from me? To sit here with my hands in my lap and wait to be spoken to, to not call bullshit when I see it? To not do something about the shit pissing me off? -she asked him, crossing her arms. None of the words she said, being any louder than her normal talking.-
  23. Tsaaq: He stared blankly at her from the chair. "I hate it when you do that. I hate when you say 'sorry' but you're not really sorry at all you're just trying to make everything about you and your feelings and make me out to sound the asshole. All the time." He rambled monotone. "How about get over it? Because life sucks and the world isn't your safe space?" Remy asked as he looked at her one more time. // "I'm uh... Gonna go." Coffman said awkwardly, getting up from the table.
  24. Covet: Yeah, well I hate when you completely write off my feelings and concerns because...Life sucks, or people suck. Or for whatever stupid reason that involves sucking. I don't know how to be sorry for being my fucking self. So yeah it's not going to sound sincere. -She stared at him, setting her jaw-
  25. Tsaaq: "Okay." Remy sighed waving his hand at Cadence, giving up on the argument all together and going back to his stack of papers. "See ya Schmidt." He whispered. // He nodded as he started to walk then RUN away from the two of them cause young people scary.
  26. Covet: Great Chat. I'm going home. -She said shaking her head as she bit the inside of her cheek and turned away. Throwing open the doors as she pushed her way through. She was going to go home and be mad about her problems. -
