- This is a WIP modlist for the future serverfag. If you want mods to be added or removed then please give as many reasons as to why. I would like to try to make some sort of voting on adding/removing mods but internet voting sites can be hacked by Russians so I'll just let you autists screech at each other in the thread instead.
- Essential:
- >ServerTweaks
- Fixes an exploit with killing traders, and lets you disable the Fatigue mechanic. (NoFatigue mod is therefore useless)
- >FixGuards
- Lets an admin run a command that fixes a database error that causes a fuckton of templars to be spawned at once.
- >TimerFix
- Causes the action timer to actually apply to some actions it normally wouldn't, i.e. fixes a bug.
- So fucking nice it's basically essential:
- >BetterDig
- Because vanilla digging is painful.
- >MoveToCenter
- Adds the Move to Corner option to appease my autism
- >SalveMod
- So you actually know what your healing covers do.
- >BulkMod
- Because needing a third container to move things from one BSB to another is retarded.
- >ScriptRunner
- Lets admins do cool things like server join messages. Very flexible.
- >SetHeight
- Useful for admins when terraforming. Brainlets need not apply as this mod doubles as a server-wide parking lot creation utility. There is also a vanilla command to flatten tiles now but it's kind of different so I still like this for some things.
- >WyvernAntiCheat
- Because why wouldn't you want to stop cheaters? Just remember that the anti-ESP might cause lag sometimes.
- >CreaturesMod
- Adds a lot of new creatures to kill and shit.
- Bretty gud tier:
- >BetterCombatLog
- It's nice to be able to read wtf I'm doing.
- >StarterGear
- Give new players whatever you want to start with.
- >MeditateMod
- Mediate when you want.
- >Armoury
- Fine-tune weapons/armor. Need to get thread approval to change shit cause muh balance.
- >Spellcraft
- Same above except spells
- >Spellmod
- Spells don't break items anymore.
- >Inbreedwarning
- Stop animals from cumming in their sister.
- >Movement Tweaks/Movemod
- Self-explanatory for the most part, can also change loading ranges.
- Questionable Tier:
- >BetterFarm
- The idea of letting high-level farmers farm a larger area is an interesting one. On one hand it's already easy for a couple of dudes to supply an entire town anyway. On the other hand, if someone grinds to 90 farming, maybe they deserve an extra 1 farming radius.
- >SkillGainControl
- Depends if you want to cap characteristics at 31 or not. If you want to just remove the cap and leave the gain rate the same, the setting you want here is "characteristicDivider = 15.0f"
- >Hitchlimits
- Do you want players to be able to hitch rats, cats, and other meme shit to their carts even if they pull slowly? Play with the numbers and maybe it will work. But it might also make horses/hellhorses run too fast when attached to carts.
- >CustomNPC
- This mod works fine but it's in Alpha so it will probably be updated frequently.
- >Taxidermy
- Depends if you want it in the game, really.
