Trial Mod


Limit is a HCF server that is still open to this day, and I managed to get Trial Mod. A month later, I was demoted for telling the Manager that he was being biased and unfair. I knew this because a applicant that got accepted, was promoted to Moderator after 2 days whilst I still had the Trial Mod role. The Manager lied to the Owner, proving that he was biased to for the new Trial Mod.

Again, I did not resign, nor was I demoted, however the server shut down, obviously leading to my rank being removed.


BrutalPvP

Mod+


BrutalPvP was a HCF server that I achieved manager role, however I resigned because the Owner wasn't going to release the server anytime soon. Shortly after I resigned, the Owner decided to shut down the server.


Reverse HCF

Mod+

ReverseHCF was a server that I got Mod+ on, however I was never demoted, nor did I resign. The server forcefully shut down after the Owner disappeared, not telling any staff where he went.


Teiko HCF

I resigned off this Network simply due to the fact that the server still hasn't released.


ReaperMC

T-Mod


ReaperMC was one of my best experience, however the Management clearly lacked effort when it came to fixing bugs, and properly taking care of the server.


Kromatic

I resigned off of the Kromatic network due to the management being extremely toxic, corrupt and abusive.


Why do you want to become staff on our server?:

I would like to become staff on the Galastic Network for many reasons. One of those reasons being the fact that I currently have an excessive amount of spare time. I currently spend this time playing the server, as well as others. After thinking about all my past experience, I've realized how much I've enjoyed staffing. Since I already enjoy spending most of my time playing HCF and other gamemodes, as well as I have no negative opinions on Galastic, I'm hoping I can get the chance to staff on a server I already play with.


As well as, I've heard good things about the Galastic staff team, as I have a friend who is on the staff team. I know that being on the staff team will help me become a better staff member overall, and I will be able to receive more staffing knowledge overall.


Third of all, I've always wanted to become staff on Galastic. However, I've always kept my decision of not applying because I feel like my experience was not good enough, and I felt like I just wasn't a good staff member overall. However, now I feel a lot more confident and I believe I'm ready to become a Galastic staff member.

Why do you think you are a better applicant than the others applying for staff?:

I believe I stand out compared to other applicants for many reasons. Overall I’ve always thought of myself as a good staff member, hence the fact that I’ve never been told otherwise. I’ve listed a few more specific reasons on why you should accept me.


Activity:

On each server I’ve staffed on, I’ve always been told that I’ve been an active staff member, even if I reach a very high staff position, and it’s not required to be highly active, I’ve always chosen to stay active. Unless something major would appear in my life, I always tend to spend most of my time playing games.


Maturity:
Some say when you become older, you become more mature. I don’t exactly relate to that phrase as much. I’ve always been mature starting from a young age. I’ve always enjoyed calling myself mature, because I’ve truly believed that I am a mature person.


Controlling Scenarios:

I believe as a HCF staff member, I’m oddly good at controlling situations. Whether they are very intense, toxic, or confusing, I’ve always managed a way to control the scenario and find a way for both sides (players & staff) to be happy with the final conclusion.


Dedication:
On all servers I’ve been staff on, I’ve always been dedicated to being & staying staff on all networks. I’ve decided to apply because I’ve always been dedicated to the HCNations network.


Non-Biased:
Even if I have many friends playing within the Network, I always try to stay non-biased and decide what’s fair for both sides, and not what’s good for one side. I’ve never been biased as a staff member and I plan to keep it like that.
