  1. 16:09] For once, Nima was feeling rather bored.
  2.
  3. He didn't have anything to write about on his notebook, other than completing one of his drawings, but he didn't want to do it open in a public area, since he was rather shy when it came to the things he drew about. Looking around, he was watching as some NPC TM were building up the giant Arena, curious if he would use it some day in a distant future- Most likely not.
  4.
  5. "Any specific reason to build this? I mean, some other areas would be better for an arena. And even to put prisoners in.. I think so, at least."
  6. (Nima Hatayer)
  7. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  8.
  9. [16:13] Kenshin continues to walk past the sidewalks, it had already become somewhat interesting to watch the Dryad do her job and even help a little by clearing the forest when possible was very amusing.
  10.
  11. His interested gaze fell on the Dryad and some non-magi who aided in the construction of such a place, a snap of his fingers made a symphonic melody surround him, not so good or well tuned, clearly denouncing the young boy's inability to use Music as a form other than combat, he was... seeking to bring a rather good feeling to the situation since it was rather boring, even that still interesting.
  12.
  13. Upon hearing about prisoner, his eyebrow arches and he nods, showing agreement.
  14. (Kenshin Masanori)
  15. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  16.
  17. [16:15] The dryad nods in regards to Nima's question.
  18.
  19. "A few reasons. Primarily I fear we are lacking entertainment in and around the city, and I feel this will make up for that."
  20.
  21. She smiles.
  22.
  23. "Additionally, I love constructing things. If I don't do it occasionally, I get a really bad itch to do so, if that makes sense. Something of a force of habit."
  24.
  25. Gesturing towards Kenshin and nodding, she seemed to like the music.
  26. (Adsila Coaxoch)
  27. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  28.
  29. [16:19] Mina asks, "Back to the harp huh?"
  30. [16:19] Apollo says, "Yeah."
  31. [16:19] Nima then turned to Adsila, an eyebrow raised. Most of her reasonings seemed to be alright, but the last one was just rather.. Off. He stared at her, trying to think on some proper way to talk about this without seeming rude.
  32.
  33. "So.. You are building all of this out of lust for constructing things? Like, you are addicted to bricks? That's... Different, yeah. Not judging you though! We all have our quirks and mannerisms, just like I am addicted to writing and drawing things on my notebook."
  34.
  35. As he was doing it right now, talking to the Dryad.
  36. (Nima Hatayer)
  37. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  38.
  39. [16:23] A slight laugh escapes the young mage's lips, both his shoulders shaking as long as he does not control his laughter.
  40.
  41. No doubt a laugh caused by the strange addiction shown by the Priestess, a situation no doubt comical.
  42.
  43. Shrugging is all he can do at the moment, his eyes full of hope and perhas curiosity seemed even more interested in such a place in which he finds himself.
  44. (Kenshin Masanori)
  45. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  46.
  47. [16:23] Mina waves to the Nima fellow.
  48.
  49. Smile and all. "Hi there buddy, Nice seeing ya again. I'm goin' to head to Eidolon. I'll speak to you when I get back, Mhm..." With that said she'd turn to Apollo bashing him on the head with a trident.
  50.
  51. "Lets get moving you dork."
  52. (Mina)
  53. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  54.
  55. [16:24] Nima Hatayer exclaims, "Alright Mina! Good luck out there!"
  56. [16:24] Mina exclaims, "Mhm!"
  57. [16:25] The dryad continues to smile, and waves farewell to the adorable little shadowflame girl, and her older brother.
  58.
  59. "Creation is in my blood, I cannot stop. It's an overwhelming urge, I must create, buildings, forests, pathways, societies..."
  60.
  61. She shrugs.
  62.
  63. "The everlasting battle against entropy."
  64.
  65. She laughs for a moment, and nods.
  66.
  67. "It's all very complex, forgive me."
  68. (Adsila Coaxoch)
  69. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  70.
  71. [16:29] And with this, Nima's eyes start to shine!
  72.
  73. New information, a concept that he didn't hear before in his short life. His second notebook in hands, the one he uses to take actual new notes and such, as he opened a blank page and started to write something- His gaze meeting Adsila's from time to time.
  74.
  75. "No no! Please keep going! What do you mean with 'battle against entropy'? Is it something to the Gods of Gehenna? Or is it some personal matter for you? Also, are there any other 'rules' that you set upon yourself other the creation to fight said entropy?"
  76.
  77. He was writing down the questions, excited.
  78. Such a nerd.
  79. (Nima Hatayer)
  80. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  81.
  82. [16:35] An even greater interest in him arose, in fact no longer for the Dryad, who undoubtedly also deserved her merit, but the fact of observing such a yield by learning from Nima was enough to bring a more radiant glow to his eyes.
  83.
  84. Although they were still focused on construction, it was not the flaming, latent sensation that he sought but was undoubtedly being pointed to the right path.
  85.
  86. Once again he scribbles on a sheet of paper.
  87.
  88. "So... Do you feel like spreading creation as much as you can? Socities included? As a Dryad this is indeed a very interesting trait, a trait i myself feel rather interest for, mind telling more about this will of yours?"
  89. (Kenshin Masanori)
  90. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  91.
  92. [16:40] The dryad seems confused for a moment, and her expression becomes one of someone who is engaged in deep thought.
  93.
  94. She shrugs at first, and alternates raising her arms back and forth, as if she was thinking of an answer.
  95.
  96. "In our culture, our gods created the moon to capture the God of Chaos, Belial, thus allowing them to give form to the world proper. Many Gehennans, take this story, and do what they would with it, but it is key to understand that chaos, and order, entropy, and creation, are all different sides of the same coin."
  97.
  98. She nods.
  99.
  100. "It's this understanding which formulates my beliefs on the life-stream, and the path of divergence.... if that makes sense."
  101.
  102. She seems confused again.
  103.
  104. "It's not about purging evil, or supporting the good. It's about understanding that everything has it's purpose, even the most sinister of souls."
  105.
  106. She nods.
  107. (Adsila Coaxoch)
  108. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  109.
  110. [16:40] Adsila Coaxoch says, "Greetings, Tizoc."
  111. [16:40] Tizoc asks, "Mmm?"
  112. [16:40] Adsila Coaxoch exclaims, "It's so nice to see you again!"
  113. [16:40] Tizoc says, "Yeah..."
  114. [16:45] Once again, his writing continues. Too fast for a normal human being, clearly showing that Nima was a Magi, in case one were to look at him doing it. The culture of Ezmara was clearly fitting for what the boy believed, what his uncle and aunt taught him, and also what was written by his mother's notes.
  115.
  116. "Ah.. So it's about balance. One can't exist without the other, and one has to balance the other out, in case things get out of hand. Correct? I really love this concept! I was talking about it with Yule the other day. It's so great to see that Ezmara also has a version of this! The Ookamis have a similar way to see it, but with Asena and Saekanis- Not that you are willing to listen about it."
  117.
  118. Notes and notes and notes!
  119. He just LOVED writing it up!
  120. (Nima Hatayer)
  121. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  122.
  123. [16:48] A beaming smile on his face is planted as soon as he can understand what the woman was talking about, clearly something he appreciates, enough to bring his right hand to his chest.
  124.
  125. A nod, Kenshin only allowed her to speak, as if transpassing her own feelings into his words within a completely different religion of his own, however the warm feeling of reception only became even stronger and present in his chest.
  126.
  127. He was nodding at every single phrase, the need to write or speak anything was has vanquished as he prefered to listen and absorb the knowledge by his own way.
  128. (Kenshin Masanori)
  129. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  130.
  131. [16:56] The dryad continues speaking as she directs people, this is something she had an intimate knowledge with, it seems.
  132.
  133. "Here on Agartha, you hear much about the arcane. Magics that transcend what are typically considered within the realm of common knowledge."
  134.
  135. She shrugs.
  136.
  137. "Whilst these magics are not without merits in their own right, the practitioners fail to understand where the power truly comes from."
  138.
  139. Nodding.
  140.
  141. "The Life-Stream, the all encompassing, all penetrating substrate that connects every facet and every being in the world. This is where power lay, this is where understanding things beyond understanding lay."
  142.
  143. She smiles.
  144.
  145. "The Astral-Plane, a place both devoid of darkness and light, yet filled with it. Order, Chaos? Yes. No. Harmony."
  146.
  147. Nodding.
  148.
  149. "Understanding the Path of Quetzalcoatl, the Path of Ixchel, the Path of Mezhual, this is when you begin to understand that both evil, and good, are key to the substrate that comprise everything."
  150. (Adsila Coaxoch)
  151. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  152.
  153. [16:57] He chops the tree.
  154. (Raxhelia)
  155. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  156.
  157. [16:59] He chops the tree.
  158. (Kenshin Masanori)
  159. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  160.
  161. [17:04] The smell of ink in the air, the heat due to friction by the notebook being felt by Nima's fingers. Right now, he wasn't learning, since most of what she was talking about was already a knowledge that Nima acquired before coming to Ezmara. His aunt, in specific, taught him about the lifestream- But not the Gehennan part of it, of course.
  162.
  163. "Harmony and balance. That is what this world should be about, after all- And yet, we barely have anything like this. People became so selfish, lacking honor, forgiveness, kindness and peace. This entire continent is so... Chaotic. It saddens me."
  164.
  165. He did stop writing, and his words seemed to be more an actual confession, getting some weight off from his chest, than an actual analysis of what he thought. Shaking his head to keep those thoughts away, he kept making notes. This time, silent.
  166. (Nima Hatayer)
  167. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  168.
  169. [17:05] He chops the tree.
  170. (Aleto Icotal)
  171. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  172.
  173. [17:09] The dryad points to the large house behind her.
  174. (Adsila Coaxoch)
  175. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  176.
  177. [17:10] Adsila Coaxoch says, "Sonce's and your house is complete."
  178. [17:10] Yatzil Ichtaca says, "Oh cool."
  179. [17:10] Adsila Coaxoch says, "Well, almost complete...."
  180. [17:11] Yatzil Ichtaca says, "Cool."
  181. [17:11] Yatzil Ichtaca says, "I'll take the key from you when you are ready."
  182. [17:11] Adsila Coaxoch says, "uhh..."
  183. [17:11] Adsila Coaxoch says, "one moment"
  184. [17:14] The words of honor, kindness and peace only made him even more firm in his position, which made him fall into the beliefs of his religion even more, almost as if they were pillars drawn by the Gods of Harmony as right in a fine line.
  185.
  186. Nodding no longer became something worthy, the will of spreading his knowledge, even if minimal was present and that would indeed make him feel good in that place, even more the way he was welcomed.
  187.
  188. The young man stopped for a while, almost as if drowned in a sea of ??thoughts and ways of formulating the words in his writing clearly similar to the Jianghese writing.
  189.
  190. "A feeling of sadness i myself carry as well, this world is all about selfishness, there is no kindness, people don't work together to get stronger together anymore, the individual nowadays is denying it's sociable nature in my eyes. When people steal, when people kill and when people enslave, as well. I honestly believe that a World ruled by Darkness will end up blinding every single form of life, it will start as we are now, denigrating and confusing human nature, i honestly fear for Agartha's morals, we share this same sad feeling."
  191. (Kenshin Masanori)
  192. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  193.
  194. [17:19] The dryad sighs, but smiles.
  195.
  196. "Kindness never dies. Even the most evil being is capable of cooperation and understanding."
  197.
  198. She makes another raising and lowering gesture with her arms.
  199.
  200. "You say these things because you are allowing the negative emotions to flow through you, and there is nothing wrong with this, and I am not saying to turn a blind eye to evil."
  201.
  202. She pauses for a moment, frowning, before her smile returns.
  203.
  204. "I'm saying to not hate them because they are evil, I'm saying love them for it. Embrace what they are, and what they aim to become, it's through this you will understand."
  205.
  206. She continues to smile as Amoxtli approached.
  207.
  208. "There is no good or evil. There is only a harmony which pervades us all. A rhythmic dance with to's and fro's like a boat on a pitching sea staying afloat through it all."
  209.
  210. She nods.
  211.
  212. "Should they refuse to understand this... it makes them weak."
  213.
  214. Nodding.
  215.
  216. "It's a bit more complicated than I am explaining, but essentially, the ideal is understanding what makes someone "bad" and what makes someone "good"."
  217. (Adsila Coaxoch)
  218. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  219.
  220. [17:20] Adsila Coaxoch exclaims, "Hello, Amoxtli!"
  221. [17:20] Adsila Coaxoch exclaims, "It's been so long!"
  222. [17:20] Amoxtli Lelhua says, "..I'm fuckin' lost."
  223. [17:20] Adsila Coaxoch says, "Ouch.."
  224. [17:20] Adsila Coaxoch exclaims, "Well, you're in Vindicia, if it helps!"
  225. [17:20] Adsila Coaxoch says, "Although it's uh..."
  226. [17:20] Adsila Coaxoch says, "Bigger than it was since your last visit."
  227. [17:21] Amoxtli Lelhua asks, "..no, I mean 'n 'ere, How do I get 'ut?"
  228. [17:21] Nima Hatayer says, "...She has wings."
  229. [17:21] Nima Hatayer says, "Feathered wings."
  230. [17:21] Amoxtli Lelhua says, "Yah."
  231. [17:21] Amoxtli Lelhua says, "They fly."
  232. [17:22] Nima Hatayer asks, "It is cute. What are you?"
  233. [17:22] Adsila Coaxoch says, "Oh, you can go north from here, or east into the swamps, then north.... or you can go to the central city near the fortress, and go east across the bridge to return to Cruxati."
  234. [17:22] Amoxtli Lelhua says, "I'm'a wind Drakanite. Those advanced enough with wind 'ave their wings. 'nd, aight."
  235. [17:22] Amoxtli Lelhua asks, "...but. Are yah sellin' 'ny ore, before I go?"
  236. [17:22] Adsila Coaxoch says, "I personally am not... although I think west of here there may be some shops that are."
  237. [17:23] Yatzil Ichtaca says, "I sell ore in my shop."
  238. [17:23] Adsila Coaxoch says, "In what used to be Askaheim, before they up and left it."
  239. [17:23] Yatzil Ichtaca says, "If yo uwant to have a look at it."
  240. [17:23] Amoxtli Lelhua says, "..eh. I'll check Askaheim's caves first, then come back."
  241. [17:24] Nima looks at Amox, getting his other notebook as he starts to draw her. It was very clear that he was working on a draw, since he started by the wings and the possible mana circuits that would be needed to make such a thing happen. Not really saying much, he just kept doing it.
  242. (Nima Hatayer)
  243. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  244.
  245. [17:24] Tizoc whispers something.
  246. [17:25] Tizoc whispers something.
  247. [17:25] Adsila Coaxoch whispers something.
  248. [17:25] Tizoc whispers something.
  249. [17:25] Tizoc whispers something.
  250. [17:27] His arms were still crossed as he heard the Priestess's words, it was magnificent to be able to live with someone who carried so much knowledge, a comforting sensation throbbing in his chest as he just keeps his smile sparkling.
  251.
  252. By observing the art of Nima, he can only feel even more curious, perhaps he should allow himself to feel for them, forgive those who could not open their eyes or who had no chance of understanding the truth.
  253.
  254. He would even try to imitate Nima, almost as if he were allowing himself to learn new things.
  255. (Kenshin Masanori)
  256. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  257.
  258. [17:29] Tizoc says, "Well...."
  259. [17:29] Tizoc says, "That was easy."
  260. [17:29] Tizoc says, "I'm also on a journey of self-introspection after crafthold managed to... capture me."
  261. [17:30] Adsila Coaxoch asks, "Oh?"
  262. [17:30] Tizoc says, "Yes."
  263. [17:30] Adsila Coaxoch exclaims, "Please, tell me your story, Tizoc!"
  264. [17:30] Tizoc says, "My entire one, or as of recent."
  265. [17:30] Adsila Coaxoch exclaims, "Let's go with the entire thing!"
  266. [17:30] Tizoc says, "O-Oh...."
  267. [17:30] Tizoc asks, "Well, why not?"
  268. [17:31] Tizoc asks, "Are you sure other people should be listening to... this?"
  269. [17:31] Adsila Coaxoch exclaims, "I'm sure it's fine!"
  270. [17:32] Adsila Coaxoch says, "We've all done terrible things, Tizoc."
  271. [17:32] Adsila Coaxoch says, "It's about forgiving and understanding."
  272. [17:32] Adsila Coaxoch says, "I've tortured and eaten small children."
  273. [17:32] Tizoc says, "Well...."
  274. [17:32] Tizoc says, "Lets start from where I came from."
  275. [17:32] Tizoc says, "I'm from gehenna yes... But it was pretty desolate at the time... and theres my potion."
  276. [17:33] Solace Huitzilopochtli says, "There you go."
  277. [17:33] Adsila Coaxoch says, "Thank you, Lady of the Shrine."
  278. [17:33] Tizoc says, "Mmm.... I suppose I had the choices of either going to Gaiar or Jianghu."
  279. [17:34] Tizoc says, "I went towards both...."
  280. [17:34] Tizoc says, "And Illaron took me in, and so did Zaruma."
  281. [17:34] Tizoc says, "But on the otherhand Faust and Midia also took me in."
  282. [17:34] Adsila Coaxoch exclaims, "I'm listening!"
  283. [17:34] Tizoc says, "Mmm...."
  284. [17:34] Tizoc says, "I went on a four year journey for a hat and managed to accumulate around 208000 coins and a lot of wealth."
  285. [17:34] Tizoc says, "Err...."
  286. [17:37] Tizoc says, "OH YEAH."
  287. [17:37] Tizoc says, "Somewhere along the lines, I ended up in prison due to someone accusing me of attempted rape."
  288. [17:37] Tizoc says, "Because I kept stripping my clothes off and doing acrobatics."
  289. [17:37] Tizoc says, "And... I was tortured for a while."
  290. [17:37] Tizoc says, "Mmm..."
  291. [17:37] Shehroze sees the workers and the vines working together to build the new houses of Vindicia. Adsila's work didn't stop, it seemed.
  292. (Shehroze)
  293. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  294.
  295. [17:37] Tizoc says, "Also to continue from there while keeping it simple."
  296. [17:38] Shehroze says, ". . ."
  297. [17:38] Tizoc says, "I was attacked by a Jianghu man after crafthold was made a while later."
  298. [17:38] Tizoc says, "And I injured him turning me into a criminal."
  299. [17:38] Tizoc says, "So I had to stop supplying Ardent."
  300. [17:38] Tizoc says, "This in turn... also forced me to have only one choice."
  301. [17:38] Adsila Coaxoch says, "Mhm..."
  302. [17:38] Tizoc says, "So I tried to make myself useful to Gaiar."
  303. [17:38] Shehroze says, "Greetings, sister."
  304. [17:39] Tizoc says, "And... well I was."
  305. [17:39] Adsila Coaxoch says, "Greetings, Brother Shehroze."
  306. [17:39] Tizoc says, "I spent the next err... seven years or so fighting constantly."
  307. [17:39] Tizoc says, "I helped raze Ardent, fought on the plains, Zaruma gave me a divison too."
  308. [17:39] Shehroze moves next to Adsila, greeting her as he stares at Tizoc. Would he look back, the old shaman would nod at him, likely greeting the stranger as well.
  309. (Shehroze)
  310. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  311.
  312. [17:39] Tizoc asks, "We would... Attack Kogarashi and Tongyishan daily?"
  313. [17:39] Tizoc says, "I had a lot of people die under me."
  314. [17:40] Tizoc says, "I also had to..."
  315. [17:40] Tizoc says, "Corrupt the ookami pack which failed."
  316. [17:40] Nima slowly walks away.
  317. (Nima Hatayer)
  318. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  319.
  320. [17:40] Tizoc asks, "And I guess... I made a commerce project?"
  321. [17:40] Shehroze says, "You are Tizoc."
  322. [17:40] Tizoc says, "Its still in Gaiar."
  323. [17:40] Tizoc says, "IT works..."
  324. [17:40] Adsila Coaxoch says, "Impressive."
  325. [17:40] Tizoc says, "And I suppose, after the war ended."
  326. [17:40] Tizoc says, "To put things simple."
  327. [17:40] Tizoc asks, "My partner left me...?"
  328. [17:40] Tizoc says, "And uhh...."
  329. [17:40] Tizoc says, "They made me wander around and keep the entire continent under order."
  330. [17:40] Tizoc says, "Alone."
  331. [17:41] Adsila Coaxoch says, "We all have our duties, yes. Sounds like your performed yours admirably."
