I'm not sure on the item for Torkoal yet, and the Lurantis and Clefable both have 4 wasted EVs that I don't know what to do with, but I calced a ton and I think these are the best sets. I put Ice Beam on Clefable so it can OHKO Garchomp, but if you want we can put Moonblast back on. It survives a smart strike from Kartana, and Lurantis survives Flare Blitzes from Arcanine and Marowak in the rain, as well as Psychic from Modest Tapu Lele. Torkoal can't be calced to survive Tectonic Rage, so I calced it to survive Modest Lele as well. I didn't mess with your Magnezone or Tapu Lele.
