Not exactly @Syndicate you have to install the add on through xenforo and maybe drag some files over. Which tbh it would be easy to get a "new improved" shout box reason being there are plenty out on the web I have one on my website tbh tho if you ask me I think it might be a excuse to get rid of it since it was so inactive lately :P then when they bring it back they might think it will be populated again, but who knows.
