Clearing Energy Blocks

Just as energy can be moved within the energy body, it can also stall and become stagnant. This creates blocks and slows down the use of energy manipulation. Blocks can also cause other complications that can be felt, such as headaches and random pains that are usually attributed to "just getting old" or random pain.

 The best way to clear these blocks and stagnant energy is by purging it from the energy system using clean energy. Start by moving a small amount of energy around and feeling the blocks if you cannot already feel them within the system, this is what practice 3 referred to when noting down places where energy slowed down or didn't flow at all.

The next step is using the energy you have mapped your block or stagnant energy with and programming it to push or clean the trouble energy from your energy system. The best way to start programming energy is by giving it a set of commands, or by associating the energy to be programmed with a desired feeling, either with emotion or touch feeling.

An example of giving it a set of commands to clean the energy would be telling the programmed energy with your mind voice to break up the blocked energy, absorb it, and push it outside of the energy body.

An example of giving it an emotional feeling would be associating the programmed energy with the desired emotion of being clean after a fresh bath and visualizing that feeling entering the energy.

An example of giving it a touch based feeling would be focusing on a part of the energy system that is clean and taking that feeling and moving it into the energy, so the energy absorbs the properties you wish it to have, and use that to clear the blocked energy by returning that area of the energy body back to a clean feeling state.
