Okay so make sure they are not in a clan first of all, make sure you signed into their social club and then unlink account if they have ( all you have to do for this is simply sign in on a laptop and on the left side click manage and unlink )

after all is good, go on one of the accounts and click character transfer, it should say either login or sign up, login in with the following

a1990@yopmail.com
Password1    (capital p)

a1991@yopmail.com
Password1    (capital p)


that is one for each other, make sure you then click yes to transfer everything over. if there is any trouble email me at adamlee98@aol.com
