  1. "We begin with members of the guilds occupying the Tenth District Plaza. Here, it is recognized as a neutral grounds for every Guild, Gang and Faction within the city. A place where people are urged to remain as civil as possible, as best one can when the current state of the City seems more on edge than usual.
  2.
  3. Four of our soon-to-be party members all conduct themselves in the usual business. The Selesnya Cleric watching the people mill about, Two from the Orzhov of the Cleric and Sorcerer sway studying the groups of people for possible hits on their debt collection lists and One Izzet Wizard crafting a basic experiment back in his lab not too far off.
  4.
  5. This on the surface doesn't like the most likely of people to join together, being from different Guilds and all the the Plane being on edge with the strange going-ons with no clue as to what might be behind it. All eyes are on opposite guilds, suspicion and fear under every breath.
  6.
  7. All it took for the tension to break was one wayward weird that escaped their Wizard creator to streak across the Plaza making way to the Chamber of the Guildpact. It took the four to take down the Weird, ending in it exploding death in front of the Selesnya Cleric, which finally opens communications on what each has noticed going awry back in their respective orders."
  8. "Last we left off, the four that took down the escaped weird begun to talk amounts themselves on the current odd happenings going on within the Plane. They were approached by a hooded figure that urged them to follow so to be brought before a council comprised of Maze Runners in the making of the Guildpact's current host. The Figure was revealed to be a Agent of the the Council, tasked to seek out people that will help investigate the root behind the increased accidents and oddities amongst the Guilds.
  9.
  10. Having accepted their mission, some holding out until there was a price not withstanding, they make the choice of the first guild they are to investigate being the Orzhov and seeking audience with the Obzedat. Released from the Council, they all split off and return to their homes for the day with a promise to reunite the following morning in the First Precinct where the Orzhov hold their Hall.
  11.
  12. Here they wait, the first step to their Mission is hopefully saving their home from a brewing war but unmaking which Guild is behind the troubles."
  13. What has been learned from the Council-
  14.
  15. -Azorious: Their detention spells have been failing. Unable to keep people within their cells before trial. Suspects disappearing
  16.
  17. -Boros: Dissent among the Ranks. Mutinous tones from the recruits and seasoned fighters. When one problem is solved or routed, more appear.
  18.
  19. -Dimir: Memories have been going missing. They were unwilling to disclose more than this, granted if there was anything else to add.
  20.
  21. -Golgari: People having been going missing when out alone. Within the Undercity or above ground, those that are on their own disappear without a trace. They have started moving in groups to slow the disappearances down.
  22.
  23. -Gruul: The wild beasts in their lands have become increasingly more unruly, harder to keep under control by even the Guild's standards. They are losing members to these inconsolable animals
  24. -Izzet: Experiments going wrong. As this could be considered understandable and not much of an issue, its the level of experiments that are failing is the telling point. The most basic of weirds, coined to be helpful and even friendly are rebelling and running away. Larger experiments are finding hitch after hitch, either being sabotaged or something malfunctioning.
  25.
  26. -Orzhov: Debtors are disappearing. They can't collect from people if they don't know where they are, or even if they have a ghost to find if they died.
  27.
  28. -Rakdos: The performers are off. They don't have their passion or zeal to put on their exorbitant shows of murder and merriment.
  29.
  30. -Selesnya: With all the people being harmed, from run away experiments to uncontrollable beasts, the Conclave have been spread thin in attempt to keep the people healthy. Trainees that would be accompanied by more senior members are now left alone to their work.
  31.
  32. -Simic: Operations and experiments failing. Surgeries are falling apart, costing the lives of those under their tools, that should be old hat to these people. Materials kept in their storage begin to wither and decay as soon as they are taken out.
