I've never engaged in RMT, since I consider it silly. Why pay someone else to get items in a grinding game and not rather support the game?

I've never used bots, since I consider them a plague in games.

The only tools I've used over years has been:

1] Path of Building

2] poe trade macro

3] logout macro (with 2-3 reply and /hideout)

+ few of apps that I saw bigger streamers use, like PoECop or Exilence, but I've never stuck to them for long (few <10x started before I've stopped using them)



I've only logged in from the Czech Republic, so if there were any loggings from outside of the Czech Republic, my account was compromised w/o my knowledge.

I've also never shared this account with anyone, I love my privacy.



I only deleted cached files as there were too many of them (114k or so).



I've spent probably 4000hrs in the game over the last 2 years, and it has been my passion for that time. I've waited 4-5 months before I've received that beta invitation back in 2011 (might have been even more), but then my Macbook 2010 couldn't handle it well, tons of shuttering, low FPS…, so I've tried on and off until I bought a new PC in 2017 and started playing to the fullest.



I wished I could go to ExileCon, if my financial situation was better (I have a steady job, but expense of 6-10k USD is 3yrs worth of savings here in the Czech Republic, which I cannot afford as the house needs some fixing).



Even when I'm not wealthy by any means, I'm not mad that I've purchased 2 supporter packs for 120 USD total for my birthday at the end of March. I don't want the money back, keep it, I won't starve (even if that's quite a bit of money for me) and I don't regret my decision to purchase them.



I just want to know what exactly I did that I've deserved this permaban. Was it a manual ban or automated one? Wasn't there a way how to solve the situation differently?



I just felt a huge sinister blade was thrusted into my back when I've received the information I was banned. I can't say "If you unban me, I will keep financially support you", that is a lie I can't tell. The will to financially support GGG has been destroyed by the blade. But my faith in GGG still remains, it bleeds, but it's still alive.



Just please don't tell me to make another account, it would make me feel similar to parents loosing their child and strangers asking "Why don't you get another one?". It would feel so wrong to me. Thank you for understanding.

Could you please elaborate why my account was banned? I've experienced a lot of game crashes in the last few days, so I haven't played as much as I wanted. I've even redownloaded the game.


The account might have been originally registered under erban.john@gmail.com (in 2011 or so), an email I no longer use.


I hope this is only a misunderstanding and my account can be restored ASAP.
