  1. An organized attack carried out by Antifa and allegedly orchestrated by the Sao Paulo Forum is taking place across South America to remove Trump from office in November.
  2.
  3. Trump is meeting Xi in Chile around November 16–17 at the APEC Forum and will be forced to address the protests in Chile after he promised to only sign a deal with China if Xi meets him there:

  5.
  6. This will create a media storm perfectly timed with the Antifa protests of RefuseFascism.org to remove Trump from office in November. This must have been planned intentionally knowing Trump will support Pinera fighting against the socialist terrorists. This will make Trump look like he's supporting a brutal dictator, when the Chilean government is doing its best to fight against the organized criminal attacks destroying the transportation system, supermarkets, utility companies, malls, and other businesses:

  27. Initially there was a social media push online trying to blame the initial burning of a supermarket to a police tear gas canister, but I could not find evidence of it and gave up search after several other supermarkets were burnt down and 40 looted. This further provoked the protesters against the police and sowed suspicion.
  28.
  29. I've been watching the protests and riots closely and have noticed it's almost always masked men dressed in all black rushing over to the tear gas canisters to bag them and throw them back. They can often be seen riding around on bikes to quickly position themselves strategically among the protesters so the riot police cannot disperse the crowds with tear gas, allowing them to grow massively.

  48. Since the beginning of these protests it felt like a military operation to attack the transportation system by exploiting people's anger and frustration with the rising costs of living in Chile and the collusion of companies fixing the prices of commodities:
  49. https://www.reuters.com/article/us-chile-forestry/chilean-toilet-paper-collusion-scheme-reaped-up-to-460-million-regulator-idUSKBN13W23I (Dec. 7, 2016)
  50.
  51. The minimum wage in Chile is about $400 a month and transportation fares about $1.16, costing many people a significant portion of their monthly salary to even commute.

  57. >Chicken abattoirs colluded with pork abattoirs to deprecate national bovine market
  58. >Multiple laboratories and pharmacies colluding, increasing prices of essential drugs up to 10 times
  59. >Private entities hoarding all the water on northern Chile during drought season, while rivers and small lakes dry out
  60. >Pension system run by MNCs that forcefully takes 10 - 15% of your salary and leaves you with a monthly pension of around US$300 once you are 65 years old

  65.
  66. The initial protest also got people to empathize with students once police took action to stop them from evading the transportation fares. People became enraged when the police used batons to beat people evading $1 fares. Antifa then firebombed the subways, buses, and whole transportation system, and barricaded roads, grinding Santiago and other cities across Chile to a halt and forcing the people into the streets to partake in the protests, so the country would destabilize.
  67.

  98. Translation of the Puebla Group summary on Wikipedia:
  99. "The Puebla Group is a space made up of leftist leaders from more than 10 countries in Latin America and Spain, created in July 2019 in the city of Puebla - hence its name - with the aim of analyzing ideas and policies that form the progressive model, defending its legacy, as well as making the necessary self-criticisms and renewing its proposals.
  100.
  101. It is also a space for action that seeks to discuss and design leftist proposals and programs in areas such as the 'defense of democracy' and the rule of law, social inclusion and distribution of wealth, climate change, among others that may accompany future progressive governments in the region. The Puebla Group represents political parties and serves as a space for coordination and articulation for left-wing leaders from different countries, who share a common view and are interested in maintaining political coordination to bring about social change."
  102.
  103. The second international meeting of the Puebla Group is expected to take place in Buenos Aires, Argentina, sometime during November. https://www.facebook.com/lanacion/posts/10157328082294220/ (in Spanish)
  104.
  105. Buenos Aires, Argentina is where the Chilean consulate was firebombed by Antifa, and coming around November 16-17 is when Trump is to meet with Xi in Chile to sign a trade deal after promising to only sign a deal there.

  111.
  112. "René Fuchslocher: ...the Frente Amplio, which brings together various left-wing troops and demonstrators, puts everything on a map and tries to undermine public order."
  113.
  114. The Frente Amplio (the Broad Front) is a Uruguayan centre-left to left-wing coalition of political parties.
  115. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broad_Front_(Uruguay)
  116.
  117. "The final statement of the Sao Paulo Forum meeting of the Forum stated that 'although the negative effects of the concentration of property, power and wealth continue to be felt in the hands of the privileged minority in the countries of the region where this has happened. Social protest is growing. The popular and progressive forces of the left, especially in the field of social and popular movements, put forward anti-neoliberal proposals, which we must strongly encourage and support.'"
  118.
  119. "That the price increase of the tickets was the perfect pretext: this has always been the immediate cause of all Chilean uprisings. It is in the DNA of the left. That is why the hordes, taken over by the Communist Party, the Socialist Party and the so-called Frente Amplio, devoted themselves, among other things, to the destruction of the modern facilities of the subway with such hatred, hardness and determination."
  120.
  121. "...The breezes referred to by the president of the illegitimate Bolivarian Constituent National Assembly have brought destabilization, violence, drug trafficking, death and corruption. The greatest costs were borne by the Venezuelan people themselves, but the countries of the continent are also paying a high price for the crisis caused by the Venezuelan dictatorship."

  126. René Fuchslocher continued:
  127. "In Chile, political and social decision-makers have highlighted the economic aspects of the recent outbreak of violence, forgetting that in very rich countries and in the face of alleged injustices, there is a great deal of of different kind, there is a virtually identical pattern, as with Antifa in Hamburg two years ago."
  128.
  129. Chilean media have also been censoring mention of Sao Paulo Forum from livestream chats or outright turning comments off.

  142. Academic Peter Winn has wrote that "the role of the CIA was crucial to the consolidation of power after the coup; the CIA helped fabricate a conspiracy against the Allende government, which Pinochet was then portrayed as preventing. He stated that the coup itself was possible only through a three-year covert operation mounted by the United States. He also points out that the US imposed an 'invisible blockade' that was designed to disrupt the economy under Allende, and contributed to the destabilization of the regime."

  144.
  145. Pinochet implemented economic liberalization that privatized Chile's natural resources, including water, except for copper which was nationalized by Allende and kept nationalized after Pinochet's coup. This caused a quick boom in the Chilean economy after the sabotage of the Allende government but also contributed to the extreme wealth inequality and ultimately sold out Chile's natural resources to multinational companies.

This declassified 'memcon' reveals that Kissinger not only encouraged the ongoing internal repression in Argentina, but also endorsed the 'joint efforts' with other Southern Cone regimes, which Guzzetti described, to address 'the terrorist problem.' In what appears to be the very first time Kissinger is told of the Condor collaboration, Guzzetti informs him that Argentina wants 'to integrate with our neighbors … All of them: Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Uruguay, Brazil,' to fight subversion. In response, Kissinger advises him to step up diplomatic efforts to explain the repression and offset international condemnation:"

  256. == CHINA / PROJECT SIDEWINDER ==
  257.

This might also be connected to Canada's uranium mining being sold out to Russia with Uranium One but I haven't researched much into this yet to find something significant.
