I fully agree with the opinion of Arun and Drivej on the need for additional work as part of our trip. Conducting additional experiments will allow us to get closer to obtaining high quality cathode deposit.
But the change in the test program leads to a number of consequences – an increase in the total amount of work performed by Irgiredmet under the contract:
1. conducting additional tests on leaching to obtain a volume of additional silver-containing solutions necessary for carrying out experiments on electrowinning.
2. increase in the number of chemical analyzes conducted.
All the necessary materials (ore, artesian water, reagents), as well as the personnel, are available.
But at this point the budget of the contract for the implementation of the program of works has almost been exhausted.
It is necessary to provide for additional costs under contract No. 80/15-17 dated November 3rd, 2017 between Prognoz and Irgiredmet.
Approximate cost of work is 250,000 rubles (+ VAT) (indicated by Irgiredmet Research Director, N. Voyloshnikova).
I ask you to send a guarantee letter from AO Prognoz about readiness to pay for an additional series of tests.
I propose making the payment only after the completion of the work, after we are provided with an accurate full estimate of the cost of additional experiments.
