THE GAMBLING GAME

RULES

* Sign up and get an instant 100 coins. You can sign up at any time and be added to the roster. The game is always open to sign up.
* Each time, pick a number 1 or 2 and bet any amount of your coins on it. I'll try to hold drawings as regularily as possible, like one or two per day (it takes a good while to do them)
* If you guess correctly, your bet is added to your tally. If you guess incorrectly, it's gone.
* There's no penalty for abstaining a round.
* You can buy upgrades and use them instantly once you reach the required rank and fulfil the conditions. Only one upgrade can be used at any time.
* You keep your rank if you drop below its coin requirement later on.
* However, if you go bankrupt (dropping to 0 coins), your rank is reset to default and instead of betting next round, you have to request a refill to 100 coins, i.e. you sit out one round.
* Going all the way up to Lakitu Shoe will earn you a special role. (Let's see if we can get this far ...)

UPGRADES

A) Bargain - requires: between 300 and 10,000 coins - prize: 100 coins
During the next two rounds, you'll only lose half your bet if guessing incorrectly

B) Increased Winnings - requires: at least 1,500 coins - prize: a third of your coin count
You get two chances to win triple your bet.

C) Saved - requires: at least 2,500 coins - prize: 1,000 coins
If you guess correctly while buying the upgrade, for the next 2 rounds you can bet any amount up to your previous bet without losing.

D) Share the Wealth - requires: at least 10,000 coins - prize: 3,000 coins
If you guess correctly, you additionally win all the bets of anyone else who also guessed correctly (ignoring their upgrades)

E) Money Maker - requires: at least 30,000 coins - prize: 6,000 coins
If you guess correctly, you win double your bet, and if you keep guessing correctly for the next three rounds, you can win triple, quadruple and quintuple your bet (wears off after 3 rounds or after guessing incorrectly)

F) Payday - requires: rank 13+ and at least 10,000 coins - prize: all your coins but 1,000
If you guess correctly, your coin count increases by a whopping 500,000. If you guess incorrectly, your count drops all the way to 1,000.
