ネピリアンに備えるべく動くことになるでしょう」
Misato: And begin preparing each world for the looming threat of the Nepilians.

「そこで、スーパーロボット軍団の面々にも
協力してもらいたいと考えています」
Misato: And that’s why we would like the aid of all members of the Super Robot Army.

「了解しました。
甲児君と鉄也君、さやかを派遣しましょう」
Prof. Yumi: Understood. I shall dispatch Koji, Tetsuya, and Sayaka to you.

「こちらもバトルチームを出しますぞ」
Dr. Yotsuya: And I will leave the Battle Team in your care.

「ありがとうございます」
Misato: Thank you very much, sirs.

「明君、ショウ君、君達はどうする?」
Prof. Yumi: Akira, Show, what will the two of you do?

「出来れば、あなた達も

Dr. Yotsuya: You imbecile! I don’t need that kind of coddling, I’ll have you know!

「うひゃあ、久々におっちゃんの雷を食らったぜ」
Hyoma: Yeesh, it’s been a while since the old man lashed out at me like that.

「それに、地下帝国やキャンベル星人、
デーモン達と戦うための力は、
既に用意してある」
Prof. Yumi: Besides, we have already made preparations to combat the Underground Empire, the Campbellians, and the Demons.

「え? そうなのかよ?」
Hyoma: Huh? What do you mean?

「マジンガー軍団ですね?」
Tetsuya: Are you referring to the Mazinger Army?

「うむ。まもなく、各機がロールアウトする。
そして、いずれはグレートマジンガーも
量産するつもりだ」
Prof. Yumi: Yes. Soon, all units will be ready for deployment. And we eventually plan to make mass produced Great Mazingers as well.

「グレートを…そいつは心強いや」
Koji: A bunch of Greats, huh... That’s reassuring.

鉄也
「兜、そうなったらお前もグレートに乗るか?」
Tetsuya: When that happens, will you be piloting one of the Greats as well, Kabuto?

甲児
「いや…俺はおじいちゃんが作った
マジンガーZに愛着があるからな」
Koji: Nah... As far as I’m concerned, I’m glued to the hip of the Mazinger Z my granddad made.

(量産を考えているのはコン・バトラーVもだが…
まだ豹馬達には言えんな)
Dr. Yotsuya: (I’ve also considered mass producing Combattler V... But I’ll refrain from telling Hyoma and the others about that right now.)

ミサト
「あと、ハーザがこの世界での有事を予見した場合、
ゲートを開いてくれる可能性は高いわ」
Misato: Also, if Haza foresees an emergency in this world, she’ll likely open a Gate to here for us.

ミサト
「それと、
常に私達と一緒に行動してもらう必要もないの。
事情があれば、残ってもらっても構わないわ」
Misato: And we don’t need you to be with us constantly. If circumstances demanded, there’s no problem with any of you staying behind.

甲児
「まあ、ミサトさん達がまさにそうだもんな。
使徒が出て来たら、第3新東京市に
戻らなきゃならないし」
Koji: Well, I guess that is exactly what you and the others are doing, Misato. Once an Angel appears, it’ll be right back to [Tokyo 3] for you.

ミサト
「…そうね」
Misato: ...That’s right.

「マジンガー軍団がいて、何かあったら
この世界に戻れるってんなら、
ちょっと留守にしても大丈夫か」
Akira: I guess if the Mazinger Army is here it’ll be safe to leave it alone for a while. And we can just come back whenever something goes wrong.

ショウ
「…そうだな。
ミサトさん、俺も行きますよ」
Show: ...I have to agree. Misato, I’ll be going as well.

ミサト
「ありがとう。
シオン君、あなたはどうする?」
Misato: Thanks. Shion, what about you?

シオン
「地上界はわからないことばかりだ。
バイストン・ウェルへ帰る手掛かりを掴むまでは
他に行く当てはないし…」
Shion: There’s a lot I don’t understand about Upper Earth’s world. And until I get some kind of lead on how to return to [Byston Well], I don’t have anywhere else I can go...

シオン
「俺も協力するよ。
あんた達になら手を貸してもいいって思えるしな」
Shion: So I’ll work with you guys. I get the feeling I might be of some help to somewhere down the line.

ミサト
「わかったわ」
Misato: Sounds good to me.

チャム
「それじゃあ、シルキーも一緒ね」
Cham: Then that means Silkie’s coming with us too.

シルキー
「もちろん。私がいてこそのシオンだからね」
Silkie: Of course. I go wherever Shion goes.

シオン
「よく言うよ…」
Shion: You can say that again...

(Misato gets a call.)

ミサト
「失礼。
…はい、葛城です」
Misato: Excuse me. ...Yes, this is Katsuragi.

ミサト
「ええ…はい…了解しました」
Misato: Alright... Yes... Roger that.

「ミサトさん、何かあったんですか?」
Koji: Something happen, Misato?

ミサト
「ええ、ディドがまたハーザの声を聞いたそうよ」
Misato: Yes, it appears Dido heard Haza’s voice again.

ブライト
「…ハーザがシマ司令達の世界での
異変を予知した」
Bright: ...Haza has predicted an abnormality in Commander Shima’s world.

ブライト
「これまで彼女は2回、我々に提言し、
そのどちらも的中したと言える」
Bright: She’s given us two predictions so far, and she’s been on the mark for both of them.

ブライト
「だが、逆に言えば、まだ2回だけだ。
彼女の予言の精度を引き続き調べる必要がある」
Bright: But then again, that also means we’ve only had two experiences of her predictions to go on. That’s why we need to further verify their credibility.

ブライト
「シマ司令、それで構わないか?
異論があるなら、聞くが」
Bright: Is that alright with you, Commander Shima? If you have any objections, I’m all ears.

シマ
「忖度していただかなくて結構です。
確かに我々は、積極的に自分達の世界へ
戻ろうとはしていませんでした」
Shima: You don’t have to think very hard to assume how we feel. I admit, it’s true that we certainly haven’t been actively trying to return to our own world.

シマ
「ですが、我々の世界に
異変が起きるのであれば、看過できません。
それもまた、義務ですから」
Shima: But if an abnormality is occurring in our world, then it cannot be overlooked. It is our responsibility to do something about it.

ブライト
「了解した。各自、すぐに準備を整えろ。
ゲートが開き次第、突入する。以上だ」
Bright: Understood. Then I want everyone to begin preparations immediately. As soon as the Gate is open, we’ll pass through it. That is all.

(The meeting ends and Bright leaves.)

「…やれやれ、
この分だと俺達の世界へ行くのは
いつのことになるやら」
Ippei: ...Good grief. At this rate, there’s no telling how long it’ll take to get back to our world.

アスカ
「それ以前に、
ハーザの予言が外れる可能性だってあるわよ」
Asuka: Yeah, and Haza’s prediction could still fall through this time.

レイ
「二度あることは三度あると言うわ」
Rei: They say what happens once, happens thrice.

アスカ
「諺を根拠にされてもねえ」
Asuka: Don’t go using superstition as a basis for argument.

韻子
「それに、当たっても嬉しくないわよね。
異変が起きるんだから」
Inko: It’s hard to be happy even if she does get it right. Because that’ll mean there’s an abnormality to worry about.

「僕はシマ司令達の世界に行ったことがないから、
多少の興味はあるけどね」
Banjo: I’ve never been to Commander Shima’s world, so I at least have some interest in seeing it.

大介
「資料で見たが、あの世界は…」
Daisuke: From the documents I saw about their world...

カミーユ
「キョウ達には悪いけど、殺伐とした所…
俺達が行き着いてはいけない未来ですよ」
Kamille: It’s unfortunate for Kyo and the others, but their world is a bleak one... We can’t allow our worlds to go down the path theirs did.

マイコ
「そうですねぇ…不気味で綺麗な所…」
Maiko: I’d say it’s an... Eerie and beautiful place...

「綺麗?」
Eunice: Beautiful?

マイコ
「街は廃墟になってますけどぉ、
空気や海は綺麗なんですっ」
Maiko: Their cities may be in ruins, but the skies and the seas are stunning.

「それって…人間がいないから?」
Eunice: Is that because...there’s no people there?

マイコ
「はい…」
Maiko: Yes...

「生身の人間が滅んだ地球、か…」
Banjo: An Earth where flesh and blood humans no longer remain, huh...

Demon Soldiers


(Scene begins on the map screen of some islands in the Zegapain world. The Ra Cailum and the Oceanus appear through a Gate.)

トーレス
「本艦とオケアノス、ゲートの外へ出ました」
Torres: Our ship and the Oceanus have passed through the Gate, sir.

ブライト
「現在位置を確認しろ」
Bright: Confirm our current position.

トーレス
「北緯27度4分、東経142度13分。
小笠原諸島近辺です」
Torres: North latitude 27° 4′, East longitude 142° 13′. Near the Ogasawara Islands.

ブライト
「ガルズオルムとの遭遇が予測される。
周囲を警戒しつつ、針路を舞浜に…」
Bright: We’re expecting an encounter with the [GARDS-ORM]. Keep a tight watch on our perimeter and set course for Maihama—

(The Ra Cailum detects something.)

トーレス
「高熱源体群を感知!
1時方向から3時方向へ移動中!」
Torres: We’ve detected a large number of high energy heat signatures! Targets are moving from 1 o’clock to 3 o’clock!

ブライト
「まだこちらに気付いていないのか?」
Bright: Have they noticed us yet?

トーレス
「そのようです!」
Torres: It doesn’t seem so, sir!

ブライト
「念のため、各機を出撃させろ。
ただし、指示を出すまで攻撃を禁じる」
Bright: Launch all units, just to be safe. But instruct them not to attack until ordered to.

(Kyo, Lu-Shen, and the player’s team deploys.)

キョウ
「この辺のサーバーと言えば舞浜しかねえ…!
俺の目の黒い内はやらせねえぞ!」
Kyo: Around here, the only server they could be after is the Maihama Server...! They’re not touching it on my watch!

ルーシェン
「落ち着け、ソゴル・キョウ。
まだ連中の狙いが舞浜だと決まったわけじゃない」
Lu-Shen: Calm yourself, Kyo Sogoru. We still don’t know if they’re targeting Maihama at all.

メイウー
「そうよ」
May-Yu: That’s right.

キョウ
「けどよ、ここにゲートが繋がったってことは、
あの部隊が何かのフラグになってるってことだろ!」
Kyo: But if the Gate led us here, then that squad could be a flag for something!

豹馬
「おっ、エビフライ効果って奴か?」
Hyoma: Oh, you mean the Butter Fried Effect, right?

健一
「何の効果なんだ、それは?」
Kenichi: The heck kind of effect is that?

豹馬
「風が吹けば、惣菜屋が儲かるって奴よ」
Hyoma: You know, “when the wind blows Texas get rich”.

健一
「惣菜屋?」
Kenichi: Texas?

豹馬
「ほら、エビフライって
そういうとこで売ってるだろうが」
Hyoma: Well yeah, I mean where else do they sell deep-fried butter?

アスカ
「はぁ…呆れて物が言えないけど、
突っ込んどいてあげるわ。
バタフライよ、バタフライ効果」
Asuka: Oh my God... The sheer stupidity is leaving me speechless, but I’m just going to force this out. It’s a butterfly, because it’s the BUTTERFLY Effect.

キョウ
「今回はちょっと違うが、
結果的には似たようなもんだと思ってる」
Kyo: Well this time it’s a little different, but I’m assuming the results will be about the same.

ルーシェン
「状況分析をせずに決めつけるのは、
時に取り返しの付かないミスを生むぞ」
Lu-Shen: Making assumptions without a proper analysis of the situation can lead to irreparable mistakes.

伊奈帆
「ルーシェンの言う通りだよ、キョウ。
どの過程を経ても結果が同じだと考えるなら、
情報を見落としていることになる」
Inaho: Lu-Shen is right, Kyo. If you assume the end result is always the same, then you overlook key factors.

ヒイロ
「伊奈帆、お前は敵の目的を何だと考える?」
Heero: What do you believe the enemy’s objective is, Inaho?

伊奈帆
「答えはもう出てる」
Inaho: We already have our answer.

トーレス
「高熱源体群、転進!
こちらへ向かって来ます!」
Torres: The heat sources are changing direction! They’re coming towards us!

ブライト
「各機へ! 攻撃を許可する!」
Bright: To all units! You are clear to engage!

キョウ
「…なるほどな。
だが、どっちにしろやることは変わらねえ」
Kyo: ...I see now. But it doesn’t change what I’m going to do.

メイウー
「ちょっと…!」
May-Yu: Hang on...!

キョウ
「もちろん、冷静さは取り戻したつもりだ!
失敗したくはねえからな!」
Kyo: Relax, I’ve calmed down now! I’m not gonna screw this up!

(GARDS-ORM mechs and a transport GARDS-ORM ship, a Viagem, appears.)

キョウ
「さあ、行くぞ!」
Kyo: Now, let’s get going!

(Battle 1 begins.)

(Battle 1 ends when all enemies are defeated.)

キョウ
「漁礁追加ぁ!」
Kyo: That’s a couple more artificial reefs!

日吉
「魚にとっては嬉しいのかな…?」
Hiyoshi: Would the fish be happy about that...?

キョウ
「多分な!」
Kyo: Maybe!

ルーシェン
(ソゴル・キョウ…逸っているな)
Lu-Shen: (Kyo Sogoru... He’s too overexcited.)

甲児
「あの輸送艦の搭載量からすりゃ、
まだ詰み荷はありそうだが…」
Koji: With how much space that transport ship can hold, I’d say they’ve still got a lot more where that came from...

シズノ
「その予想は正しいわね」
Shizuno: You’d be correct.

キョウ
「いくらでも来い! 返り討ちにしてやるぜ!」
Kyo: Let them send out as many as they want! I’ll send ‘em all right back!

トーレス
「ウルヴォーフル多数!
ヴァージェムから発艦しています!」
Torres: Multiple Ulvorfurs detected! They’re taking off from the Viagem!

龍馬
「逃げる様子がねえ。
俺達の戦力を削ごうってんなら、下策だが…」
Ryoma: Don’t look like they’re running. If they’re planning to chip away at our forces, then they’re doing a piss poor job of it...

隼人
「気に入らんな。
そう見せかけた上策かも知れんぞ」
Hayato: I don’t like this. Their plan could just be to make us think that’s their plan...


(Scene ends.)

(Next scene picks up where it left off. GARDS-ORM mechs have appeared.)


キョウ
「打ち止めか?それじゃあ…」
Kyo: So this is the last of them, huh? In that case...

凱
「いや、後続が来る!」
Guy: No, there’s something else coming!

(Abyss appears.)

アビス
「………」
Abyss: ...

シマ
「魔戦士アビス…!」
Shima: Demon Soldier Abyss...!

キョウ
「何なんだよ、あれ…。
人間、なのか…?」
Kyo: What is that thing...? It’s not a human, is it?

シズノ
「人間じゃないわ、彼らは。作り物よ」
Shizuno: He’s not human. He’s artificial.

キョウ
「作り物…あれが…?」
Kyo: Artificial...? Him...?

シマ
「各機へ。あの新型はかなりの強敵だ。
警戒を怠るな」
Shima: To all units. That new model is a formidable opponent. Be wary of it.

鉄也
「どういう奴なんだ、あいつは?」
Tetsuya:  Just what is he?

シマ
「幾多の[セレブラント]を葬ってきた
ガルズオルムの魔戦士…」
Shima: A Demon Soldier of the GARDS-ORM, which has destroyed countless [Celebrants]...

ルーシェン
「こちらを撃破するためなら、
危険を顧みずに突っ込んで来る…
非常に危険な存在だ!」
Lu-Shen: He’ll charge in to destroy us no matter what the risk... He’s an incredibly dangerous foe!

万丈
「腕利きで生命に執着がない戦い方をする敵か。
厄介な相手だね」
Banjo: A strong enemy that doesn’t care if he dies? Yes, this could be tricky...

アビス
「………」
Abyss: ...

キョウ
「魔戦士だか何だか知らねえが、
なめんなよ、千葉県民を!」
Kyo: I don’t care if he’s a Demon Soldier or whatever, I’m not gonna let him look down on people from Chiba!

(Battle 2 begins.)

(Battle 2 ends when Abyss is defeated.)

アムロ
「新型の動きが鈍った…?」
Amuro: Is the new model slowing down...?

ルーシェン
「長期戦になれば、こちらが不利だ。
ここで一気にケリをつけるぞ!」
Lu-Shen: The longer this drags out, the worse position we’ll find ourselves in. We finish this here!

メイウー
「了解!」
May-Yu: Roger!

(Lu-Shen flies towards Abyss.)

ルーシェン
「これ以上、やらせはしない!」
Lu-Shen: You’ve gone far enough!

アビス
「………」
Abyss: ...

(Lu-Shen gets blasted to the bottom of the map.)

ルーシェン
「くっ!? しまった、俺を誘い込むための…!」
Lu-Shen: Agh!! Damn, he was trying to lure me in...!

メイウー
「メインジェネレータ、損傷!
武器チェンバーコイル、機能停止!
ホロニックアーマーも形成できないわ!」
May-Yu: Main generator, damaged! Weapon chamber coil, offline! Holonic Armor isn’t responding!

ルーシェン
「アビスめ…!」
Lu-Shen: Damn you, Abyss...!

アビス
「………」
Abyss: ...

(Abyss flies towards Lu-Shen.)

ルーシェン
「有線ケーブル…!?」
Lu-Shen: Cables...!?

シズノ
「敵の狙いは、ゼーガの…!」
Shizuno: The enemy is after the Zega’s...!

ルーシェン
「らしいな…! メイウー!」
Lu-Shen: Looks like it...! May-Yu!

メイウー
「了解!
バニッシュメントモード、起動!」
May-Yu: Right! Banishment Mode, activate!

(Zegapain Garuda explodes.)

アビス
「…!」
Abyss: ...!

シマ
(ルーシェン・データを取られる前に、
バニッシュメントモードを起動したか)
Shima: ( Good, they were able to activate Banishment Mode before Lu-Shen’s data was taken.)

ミサト
「自爆…!? 転送は!?」
Misato: They self-destructed...!? Were they able to transfer!?

ミナト
「無事、完了しています」
Minato: They have both successfully and safely transferred.

シマ
「ブライト大佐、奴らの目的は
ゼーガのプログラムデータだと思われます。
アルティールの援護をお願いしたい」
Shima: Captain Bright, they appear to be targeting the Zega’s program data. Please provide support for Altair.

ブライト
「了解した。
各機、一定の距離を保持しつつ、
ゼーガペイン・アルティールを援護せよ!」
Bright: Understood. All units, maintain your distance and cover Zegapain Altair!

(Londo Bell fires on Abyss.)

アビス
「…!」
Abyss: ...!

シズノ
「キョウ、
このままアビスと距離を取りつつ、撤退を」
Shizuno: Kyo, keep your distance from Abyss and withdraw.

キョウ
「何でだよ!?
ルーシェン達がやられちまったってのに!」
Kyo: Are you kidding!? After they got Lu-Shen and May-Yu!?

シズノ
「いいから、私の言う通りにしなさい!
敵から距離を取って!」
Shizuno: Just listen to me! You have to stay clear from that enemy!

キョウ
「…後でちゃんと説明してもらうからな!」
Kyo: ...I better get an explanation for this afterwards!

(Sin appears and rushes Kyo.)

Sin: ...

キョウ
「な、何だ、あいつ!」
Kyo: Wh-Who the heck is she!?

シズノ
「!?」
Shizuno: !?

ミサト
「同じ型の機体がもう一機!?」
Misato: It’s the same type as the other machine!?

シズノ
「ごめんなさい、私のミスよ…!
アビスに加えてシン…敵は2機よ!」
Shizuno: I’m sorry, this was my mistake...! It wasn’t just Abyss, but Sin as well... There are two Demon Soldiers!

シン
「………」
Sin: ...

キョウ
「くっ…!」
Kyo: Grr...!

(Sin attacks Kyo.)

キョウ
「うぐっ! 何とか直撃は避けられたか!?」
Kyo: Agh! We didn’t take a direct hit, did we!?

(Shizuno’s face is silhouetted.)

シズノ
「いいえ…私達の負けよ」
Shizuno: It doesn’t matter... We’ve lost.

キョウ
「えっ?」
Kyo: Huh?

(Shizuno’s body is party disappearing into green light.)

シズノ
「こっちを見ないで!」
Shizuno: Don’t look at me!

キョウ
「せ、先輩…!?」
Kyo: Sh-Shizuno...!?

シズノ
「ゼーガのプログラムデータを
ガルズオルムに奪われてしまった…」
Shizuno: The GARDS-ORM have stolen the Zega’s program data...

キョウ
「…!」
Kyo: ...!

フォセッタ
「ヴァージェムより、
新たなウルヴォーフルの出撃を確認!」
Fosetta: A new wave of Ulvorfurs are launching from the Viagem!

(GARDS-ORM mechs appear.)

鋼鉄ジーグ
「ちっ、きっちり戦力を残していやがる!」
Steel Jeeg: Tch, so they still have more forces left over!

ミナト
「何とかアルティールに近付けないの!?」
Minato: Can’t we get close to the Altair somehow!?

リチェルカ
「駄目です!
弾幕が厚く張られており、接近も出来ません!」
Ricerca: Impossible! The enemy’s barrage is so concentrated, we can’t move in!

シマ
(このままでは…!)
Shima: (If this keeps up...!)

(Abyss opens a line to Kyo specifically just to smirk at him.)

アビス
「………」
Abyss: ...

キョウ
「くそぉっ…!」
Kyo: Dammit...!

(Sin is suddenly attacked.)

シン
「…!」
Sin: ...!

(Chris and Arque appear in Zegapain Hraesvelg.)

アーク
「クリス、あれを!」
Arque: Chris, over there!

クリス
「どうにか間に合ったか…!?」
Chris: Did we make it in time...!?

(Sin flies to the top of the map.)

シン
「…!」
Sin: ...!

クリス
「くたばれ!
シン、アビス!」
Chirs: Go to hell, Sin! Abyss!

(Sin’s mech explodes.)

アビス
「………」
Abyss: ...

(Abyss leaves the map. All other GARDS-ORM mechs retreat.)

フォセッタ
「敵部隊、現戦域から離脱しました」
Fosetta: The enemy forces have withdrawn from the battlefield.

クリス
「くそっ、逃げられたか…」
Chris: Damn, they got away...

凱
「あの機体は…」
Guy: That machine is...

シマ
「ゼーガペイン・フリスベルグ…」
Shima: Zegapain Hraesvelg.

「よく来てくれたわね、クリス、アーク。
先程は本当に助かったわ」
