The lesson is not to put books back on the shelves

Alexithymiaa: -Adam sat on the couch in the book store, a cup of black coffee on the little end table next to him and a small stack of books in his lap. He was flipping through his selections trying to decide which he was going to treat himself to.-
Tsaaq: Hayley leaned against the couch with her feet propped up which was totes inapropes but she was comfortable. Her nose already in a book. She looked over to Adam as she lowered her book into her lap. "Have you ever seen Up?" She asked him quietly and basically out of no where.
Alexithymiaa: -He lifted his eyes from his small stack of books, looking over to Hayley with a smile. "Of course I've seen Up. Don't you remember that I was Carl for Halloween or something that one time?"-
Tsaaq: She nodded her head as she smiled at him. "Right." She whispered. "We dress up so much we should have like, a costume scrap book so I can remember." Hayley suggested as she scooted closer. "I was wondering if you wanted to hold hands like Ellie and Carl did in the beginning of the movie. While we read. I just thought of it. It might be nice?" She tilted her head.
Alexithymiaa: "We do dress up a lot, huh?" He asked her with a bit of a laugh before extending his hand out to her, palm up. "It could be nice. I really liked the beginning of that movie. Well the whole movie, really."-
Tsaaq: "I've been thinking about it a lot lately." She said. She looked at his hand before putting hers in his and picking up her book once more with her free hand. "It's great but it's also a really sad beginning." Hayley sighed.
Alexithymiaa: "But still a very good beginning. Sometimes it's necessary to be sad to make a point. Don't you think so? It made his accomplishments that much more satisfying knowing the kind of weight that they held for him."-
Tsaaq: Hayley nodded her head slowly and bit the inside of her cheek. "Yeah. That's true." She said softly. "But he missed her and he was just about to surprise her with the trip and she passed away and... I don't know. I know there's a bigger lmessage but that part makes me sad."
Alexithymiaa: "It's supposed to make you sad. They want you to feel a certain way. It just means you're normal." He spoke with a smile, giving her hand a small squeeze.-
Tsaaq: "... I was thinking, maybe that'll happen to us I guess. But I don't want to leave you alone." She whispered. "I'm being weird. Sorry." Hayley exhaled and forced a smile. "I feel weird lately. I guess I just really want to know about that verdict."
Alexithymiaa: -He readjusted on the couch so he could twist his body to face her, his eyes set down on her face. "What makes you think that will happen to us? Naturally of course we'll grow old eventually, but why do you think you would pass away first? Or that you would get sick?"-
Tsaaq: Hayley frowned and lowered her head. "I don't know. I guess I'm just expecting the worst or something?" She shrugged. "And doesn't all the crap I've had to go through take like, years off your life or something? Or am I just being morbid?" She sighed.
Alexithymiaa: "I don't think you should be worrying about that." He spoke as he moved his hand from hers, swinging his arm around her shoulders and pulling her in close to his side. "You shouldnt expect the worst. At this point, I think you should be living for now. Enjoy today."-
Tsaaq: "Yeah." She said as she let out a exhale of relief. "I know." She sputtered her lips and leaned against him. "I don't know what's wrong with me! I don't worry about stuff like this. At least not for more than like ten seconds." She groaned. "Soon I'm going to be an auntie and hopefully our case ends well. Probably. I have to stop being bummed about stuff that's hypothetical."
Alexithymiaa: "Sometimes it's difficult to get out of your own head, but you just need find a way to constantly remind yourself that the stuff you're thinking about isn't reality. The reality of your life is far from thos horrific ideas you're giving yourself. Remind yourself that you have wonderful friends and family who care about you and will always be there to help you if you need them to be. Screw everything else."-
Tsaaq: She turned to look up and him as he spoke and nodded her head again. "Life is special even with the bad stuff. And it's sad sometimes but it's still nice." She went to turn her head to press her lips to his while lifting her book to try and hide their faces. "You're like sheets right out of the dryer Abs." She told him as she rested her head on him once more.
Alexithymiaa: "It's just like Up. Sometimes the sad stuff is necessary so you know how much to appreciate the good stuff." He spoke with a smile, leaning down to return the kiss before beginning to laugh at her analogy. "You just want to lay on me?"-
Tsaaq: "Yeah and you feel great to have and you're nice and warm." She said with a smile as she nudged him with her shoulder. "And you're my favorite thing most of the time. As far as being warm and comfortable goes."
Alexithymiaa: "Well I'm glad I can always be warm and comfortable for you. Although recently I've been kind of freezing with this weather." He moved his hand to rustle her hood on her head with a laugh.-
Tsaaq: She sputtered her lips. "I'd offer you my hoodies but I'm pretty sure they're way too small for you." Hayley started to laugh again. "But think about how much Lady will love playing around in puddles and the snow when it comes?"
Alexithymiaa: "Oh, I'm sure she will. She did last year. She likes playing fetch in the snow a lot too. It's pretty cute actually." He spoke fondly of the dog as he thought of the memory. "I think the snow looks pretty, but I usually don't like to spend a lot of time in it because it's so cold."-
Tsaaq: "It is cute!" She agreed with a lot more excitement for some reason. "Why don't we make snow angels and snow men and stuff? You could always just wear a lot of clothes so you'll be warm. Then we could have some coffee and snuggle while watching stuff?"
Alexithymiaa: "We could do that so long as we don't spend TOO much time out in the snow. It's hard to recover from complete numbness." He said with a small smirk, sliding his hand up and down her arm playfully.-
Tsaaq: Hayley rolled her eyes. "That's what the cuddles are for! To warm you up. Obvs!" She said as she stifled a laugh and looked up at him again. "We'll put the heat up high enough that the house will feel like a fantastic oven."
Alexithymiaa: "Won't others complain?" He asked her, trying to be concerned for their housemates even though the house would be fine.-
Tsaaq: "Whaaat, who else lives there besides Tae? I never see Felix anymore." She replied. "Waait, that one girl still lives there." Hayley pursed her lips. "But what about our warm romantic cuddles?" She asked him with a pout.
Alexithymiaa: "We can get lots of blankets and make a blanket fort?" He asked because that sounded cute and who doesnt love a blanket fort. "That way we can trap all the warm air inside and we can maybe watch a movie or something."-
Tsaaq: She went to peck his lips quickly then bit her lower lip. "As long as I'm with you it'll be the most fun and best time I'll ever have with anybody." She said, sticking her tongue out at him.
Alexithymiaa: "Sounds perfect." He pushed up to his feet, grabbing one of the books from his stack so he could buy it. "Are you ready? I'm just going to go check out." He turned and headed up to the front counter so he could buy his book and they could head home.-
Tsaaq: "Yeah. I'm just gonna try to put these back where I found them." Hayley said to him as she got up from the couch and stuff, trying to put books back. But since I work in a book store, trust me don't do that. You're not help us. Just leave the books where ever.
