How do you clean the orifice after use?
Use a squeeze bulb, and flush out the orfices with warm water and soap, or use a sponge on a stick.
This process is made alot easier with the removable vagina, simply take the vagina out and flush it out in your sink.

Whats the difference between a fixed vagina and a removable one?
It's right in their names.
A fixed vagina is permanently attached to the doll, and the removable one can be removed.

How do you clean the skin of a doll?
Very similar to how you clean yourself! Just use warm water and soap, I would recommend oiling and powdering the skin as well.
