After leaving Elms lab, Teleport away

- Walk back to Route 29 and force a Sentret encounter and Masterball it and name it " A "

Route 30
- Repel before grass with no turnframe
- Mikey: Confusion x2-3
- Go around grass to only pass Don once

Route 31
- Kill an encounter if you get one

Violet Gym
Abe: Confusion x2-3
Rod: Confusion x3-4
Falkner: Confusion x3-4

Violet Center
- Talk to Egg guy from the right side
- Deposit Alakazam and Egg, then withdraw Alakazam

Route 32
- Before grass: Swap Sentret and Alakazam then use Repel and Equip Berry
- Talk to Albert: Confusion x2
- Take left side avoiding stander and gordon
- Use another Repel after repel wears off

- Aggressively pass Anthony(Confusion x2)

- Go up to grunt 2 letting her see you without her taking any extra steps
- Grunt 2: Confusion x2
- Pick up Super Potion
- Grunt 3: Confusion x3
- Grunt 4: Confusion

Bugsy Gym
- Twins: Confusion x2-3
- Al: Confusion x2
- Bugsy: Confusion x5

Rival 2: Confusion x4-5
- If you get poisoned then walk back to get the Well Full heal(Super Potion + Full heal)

Ilex Forest
- Menu for Repel 4 tiles in
- In front of cut bush, teach cut to Sentret then cut from menu
- After Repel wears off use another one
- Skip the Full heal(repel wont last)

Goldenrod Mart
- Buy: TM41 and TM48, 4 Escape Rope(5 if spinner that isnt don), 1 Repel, 2 Full Heal

Get Bike
- After exiting shop teach thunderpunch in slot 2(dont teach to sentret!), then Register and Use bike and head to underground

Get HM04 then Surf to Cianwood using Crystals movement

- Get Shuckle(8 Textboxes before Yes/No)

- Teach Strength to Shuckle then use Strength from menu
- Hitmonlee: Psybeam
- Hitmonchan: Psybeam
- Nob: Psybeam x2
- Lung: Fire Punch, Psybeam, Thunderpunch(need 8 Fire punch for Rocket Hideout)
- Chuck: Psybeam, Psybeam x2

Get Fly then get Secretpotion then leave and menu, Super Repel + Teach Fly then fly 3 down

Take the water path and then masterball Gyarados then talk to lance and fly down 2

Rocket Hideout
- Grunt 1: Fire Punch x2
- Grunt 2: Fire Punch x3
- Scientist: Fire Punch x3
Press the switch then get Lance Heal
