  9. Appearance: This stand is an Artificial Humanoid, taking the form of a slender, black and white humanoid with what appears to be a stereo for a head. His skin has seemingly no texture aside from the black and white, his top half being white and bottom half being black. He can move quickly and maneuver obstacles with ease due to his form.

  11. Abilities:
  12. Agility - As mentioned above, Funky President is able to move fairly quickly and nimbly. He is also able to attach himself to his user and allow him/her to move with the same agility.

  14. Make It Funky - Funky President begins blaring music. Those who hear the music (within the stand's range) will assimilate with the stand user. They are able to move with Funky President's agility and behave like a stand. Those with stands are unaffected for some reason.

  26. NOTE: King Heroin should probably be used for the antagonist stand, otherwise he'd be considered pretty OP.

  28. Appearance: King Heroin appears as a Natural Humanoid, with a large figure. His skin is a lighter maroon with streaks of black running all over his arms, legs and torso. He has tubes tracing over different places in his body much like Crazy Diamond. His face is emotionless, similar to Killer Queen, but appears like a man with no eyes.

  30. Abilities:
  31. Comfortably Numb - Time slows down to a halt exponentially (similar to how MiH sped up time). The only ones who perceive this change in time are those who have stands that can affect time. User is unaffected by his own ability. Once time stops, the ability is canceled and must be recharged.

  33. Life Absorb - King Heroin is able to touch anyone and absorb life from them. Stands are immune to this ability. When King Heroin has absorbed enough, his Learning will change to E and he will unlock a new ability.

  35. Comfortably Numb ACT 2 - Along with slowing down time, the user can skip back to when he used CN ACT 2. Once the skip back has happened, time automatically starts slowing down again. If the user does not skip back, the ability will be canceled and need to recharge. The user can loop as much as he wants, and the only way to stop him is to kill him or defeat his stand before time stops.

  47. Appearance: This stand is a Natural Non-Humanoid stand, though human-sized, yellow Centipede. Each segment of his body is bulbous, with the exception of his head which is a bit smaller but has long antennae. Has red eyes, but no mouth.

  50. Dream Eater - Dream Police's A range ability, which causes stand users within range to suffer terrible nightmares, similar to ones those with sleep paralysis might have. The more people affected by this ability causes Dream Police's power to increase for the next day. The effects wear off each night, so the user must continue to use this ability for lasting effects.

  52. Constrict - Dream Police will wrap around its victims and constrict them, causing more damage with higher DP rankings.

  54. Hallucination - When Dream Police touches someone (including using the Constrict ability) it will cause them to hallucinate. These hallucinations are much more vivid and intense than the nightmares it causes Stand Users to have, and also affects non-Stand Users.

  76. Appearance: This stand appears as a Natural Humanoid, however it appears as a ghost or spirit with a tail instead of feet. It is all black, with the exception of the stone mask covering up most of its face (except one eye, which appears similar to the one in Nightmare's blade, Soul Edge).

  79. Sound Manipulation - Teen Spirit is able to manipulate any sounds within its A-range. It can distort sounds to be unrecognizable, amplify or silence sounds and "throw" sounds. Though the manipulation to sound affects non-Stand users, there is no physical affect (sounds popping ear drums, for example).

  81. Unmasking - Teen Spirit is able to tear off the mask that it is wearing, stunning anyone who is able to see its face. This includes allies.

  83. Speed and Strength - Similar to Star Platinum, Teen Spirit has incredible Speed and Strength, allowing it to lift things with incredible weight, as well as react quickly to threats.

  93. Appearance: The stone mask has become a bone mask, with shoulder pads/spikes to add to it. The black color of its skin has become a galaxy pattern.

  96. Unmasking - Unmasking now obliterates the consciousness and Stand of anyone viewing Teen Spirit's face. Their body remains unaffected.

  98. Black Hole Sun - If Teen Spirit touches someone they become pulled into the Stand as if it were a Black Hole, and the same physical effects are applied to their body.

  130. Appearance: Rude Mood manifests itself as a large junkyard dog made from metal scraps and other junkyard items. It behaves almost exactly like a dog.

  133. Hound Dog - Rude Mood is able to track and sense it's enemies, meaning they're generally unable to hide once Rude Mood has locked onto them using this ability. However, Hound Dog can only target on one entity/group. For instance, if there's 5 people and Rude Mood has targeted them, he can sense them until they split up. Hound Dog releases Rude Mood from his user's control until the target(s) is/are found or the user cancels the ability.

Its arms and legs appear as thick green vines/stocks, and its body appears to be covered in a tree bark like material. Its head is made of rocks, with one yellow eye peering out from the center.

  164. Energy Rush - When Coffee Bean hits someone, it charges them with energy, causing its punches to send them flying. This extra energy does not cause any extra physical damage, however if the person is able to harness the energy they can use it to their advantage (stronger destructive power, higher speed, etc.) Otherwise, they will not be able to control their own actions/stand.

  166. Growth - Coffee Bean's arms and legs are able to grow up to 10m in either direction, but the longer they are the lower the precision of its attacks. This ability is more effective as a utility ability.

It does not have lips but it does have teeth, looking similar to Nemesis from Resident Evil 3. It also does not have eyes or eyeholes. There are thorn vines wrapped around his arms. His torso has an upside down cross motif in the center.

Selective Exchange - Similar to Equivalent Exchange, King of Pain is able to switch aspects (this can be friction of a person walking, or the hardness of a rock, or pain from injuries/sickness) of two targets as he chooses. This includes non-living subjects (rocks, dead leaves, etc.) The only aspect King of Pain is not able to exchange is "life". King of Pain is also able to use this ability on his user.

  197. Aspect Erasure - If the user reaches near death, King of Pain's Learning stat will become "Complete" and he will be able to remove an aspect from someone. However, instead of the aspect returning after the ability is canceled, the aspect is wiped from existence (unless the user is defeated).

  228. Rain Dance - This ability is a passive ability. It is affected by the Fear Feasting ability. The stronger this stand is, the more rain clouds will follow the user. The user is not in control of the rain clouds as they passively follow him.

  256. Abilities: Invisibility - Now that Shizuka has more control over her stand, she is able to appear and disappear at will.

  258. Illusion Manipulation - Shizuka's invisibility ability stems from her stand's true ability - illusions and manipulating them. She is able to create visual illusions within a 20 meter radius. Everyone can see these visual illusions, including non-Stand users, as long as they are within the 20 meter radius. Shizuka's illusions range from physical manifestations of any object Shizuka can think of, to property manipulation. Depending on her mental state, this ability can be rushed or distorted.

  286. Abilities: Dimension Dive - Private Eyes is able to bring its user down dimensions to skew their position, allowing them to become 2-dimensional or even 1-dimensional.

Dimension Ascension - When Private Eyes' Learning Potential has reached an E ranking, Private Eyes gains the ability of Dimension Ascension - this allows the user to move into the 4th dimension and travel throughout time. The user is unable to affect any other dimensions when they have ascended into the 4th dimension.
