  1. Death's Bane-Peon
  2.
  3. A basic pawn set forth by his movement to destroy the pain and agony in the world, though only in training. They start out with basic Death's Bane armor, equivalent to steel but very heavy and a shortsword that matches.
  4.
  5. >Perk 1: Deathly Legion: A peon gets a +5 to rolls when surrounded by undead of anykind, or a deathknight.
  6.
  7. >Perk 2: Death's Bane-Smite: A peon can now use 30 Mana to cast a basic offensive spell that can also curse an enemy (30% chance) for a constant damage over 5 turns.
  8.
  9. >Perk 3: Coil: A peon can now drain the life from an enemy after he dies and use his own health to damage a foe in a powerful blase equal to 1.25 the damage took to the Peon.
  10.
  11. >Perk 4: Upgrade: When a peon is out of mana and low on health, once per fight he can steal an ally's ability to be used for that turn without mana cost, but keeping any other penalties.
  12.
  13. Doomful-Knight:
  14.
  15. A full Fledged Knight, requiring training as a Pawn beforehand, keeping all the skills a pawn has in addition to the new ones set forth. They start with a full armor of Death's Bane-bane armor, enchanted to help blend into the shadows along with a sword and shield. They also receive Death's Bane-Evisceration: A powerful offensive spell that costs 50 mana but sends a torrent of curses across the field, giving a constant damage over five turns on anyone unlucky enough to not avoid it.
  16.
  17. >Perk 1: A knight can Drain the health of allies, self, or near dead enemies to give a buff to him/herself in the form of a constant damaging cloak. Death's Bane-Smite now only costs 20 Mana.
  18.
  19. >Perk 2: The Knight now gains access to the Death's Bane-Steed. A steed that leaves a cursed trail that curses anyone that touches it until it fades after one turn. A knight can also use Doomful-Incinerate. An attack costing 50 mana that takes all the damage that a normal curse would do, multiplies it by 1.5, and deals it in one turn at the cost of 1/4 of the original damage done to self as well.
  20.
  21. >Perk 3: A Knight now gains the Blade of Agony'sbane, an enchanted sword that cures a curse and gains a counter. When that counter reaches five, it can release the damage of all of the counter's curses combined into a fireybolt, but at the cost of a resting recharge turn and 50 mana. Eviscerate now only costs 30 mana and basic Smite is 10.
  22.
  23. >Perk 4: Agony's Demise and the World Stops: When the Death's Bane Knight is below 50% health he can spend 150 mana to end all curses currently active and rest for a turn. The Next turn he drains health from all willing members of his allies until they are critically injured and coils the damage, multiplying it by 1.5, into an enemy. If the enemy dies, the drained health is healed and the knight takes damage. He can then spend another 100 mana to repeat the process on another enemy until he dies, is out of mana, or the party dies/denies.
