Background:
	↳ Zhennan grew up on his family farm, harvesting crops and caring for their livestock. He had a green thumb, always able to bring plants back from the dead and able to keep even the most fickle plants alive. Zhennan loved being out in the fields among the crops and plants because it was peaceful, it was an escape from his home. Whilst his father was a loving man, he was weak and his wife was very controlling. Zhennan's mother was incredibly strict on the boy, requiring him to get good grades and work hours on the farm and help with chores. She was of the mindset that children were to be seen and worked but never heard and so Zhennan learned to keep quiet and be on his own. He did reasonably well in school but never enough for his mother.

How did you feel when you were taken?:
	↳ i was terrified. i didn't know what they wanted, they didn't tell me and i was scared that they had hurt my family. when the guards removed me from my house they left some behind with my sister and parents and I have no idea what they did. there was a small part of me that was glad to be away from my mother and excited to go away from home for the first time but mostly i was just terrified.

Do you like the facility?:
	↳ there are a lot of nice people here and they let me be with plants so I am pretty happy here. some of the people are very mean and some people who try and hurt my plants.

What is your power?:
	↳ i can manipulate plant life, make it grow or shrink and give it new life if it is dying. I can use the plants as an extension of my body.

Do you like your power?:
	↳ I love my power, i have always loved and worked with plants so it really fits. being with plants is calming to me and having this extra connection with them is special.

Would you rather live without it?:
	↳ no, never. it is so special to me to be able to give life to something and take care of something that is living I would never want to be without my power.
