(IC) Purpose for Jutsu: To serve as a versatile Yuki ability in which she's able to be offensive whilst not leaving herself exposed and being defensive without being able to attack at all - Asuka had spoken with the Mizukage about ways she could go around making techniques seeing as he had years of experience over her. Along with the fact the only defensive Yuki techniques she knew about left her unable to attack.

Jutsu Description: The user forms a set of handseals before creating spinning discs of dense, razor-sharp ice which orbit around the user's body for defensive purposes. The discs can also be thrown or manipulated to be launched at a target, if desired.

Chakra/Stamina Cost: C(D to Sustain)
Speed: Forms at User's Control + 1 Step(Caps at C)
Duration: Sustained
Effect:  Five handseals. 8 tile range. Number of discs is based on user's Ice Proficiency [I:1 II:2 III:4] If thrown by hand, like a weapon, the disc(s) deal the user's agility - 2 steps for damage and move at the user's agility(Uncapped). If the ability is being remotely controlled to move around, the disc(s) move at user's control + 1(Caps at B). If user has Ice Proficiency II, the speed cap at which the disc(s) form increases from C to B. Whilst manipulating the disc(s), the user must maintain the tiger handseal.
