Desolocke updated/fixed V4

Rule 1: You may only catch the first pokemon on each route
Rule 2: If a pokemon faints, it's dead and must be put into the PC
Rule 3: You MUST nickname every pokemon. If you do not nickname the pokemon, it has to go into the PC until you've reached the name rater
Rule 4: You can not buy Escape Ropes, Repels of any kind, or any Potion above the standard 20 HP one. It is OK to buy antidotes.
Rule 5: If you do not have a pokemon to learn an HM move, you MAY catch another one.(See Rule 10)
Rule 6: Shiny and Dupes clauses are in place.
Rule 7: You may not use any PokeBall that is above the level of a Great Ball.(Specialty balls are allowed, but you may not use Ultra Balls or Master Balls. See rule 12)
Rule 8: You can not use an Escape Rope whatsoever. You also may not use any Potions found on the ground that are stronger than a Super Potion(You can't buy Super Potions, but you can use ones you find on the ground). Even if you find it on the ground, you cannot use it. However, you can use repels you find on the ground.
Rule 9: If a legendary pokemon pops up, you can either opt for dupes clause and run or you can choose to attempt to catch it. If you damage it, it does not give you dupe clause rights even if it isn't killed or ran from afterwards. This ONLY applies to encounter spots where you can still capture a mon.
Rule 10: Fly is not a viable HM to catch a pokemon for. Since it isn't "necessary" to complete the game, you will not be able to catch another pokemon to fly(This applies to Rule 5)
Rule 11: I don't care that the Master Ball is received in game, it's unusable.(Goes with Rule 7)
Rule 12: You may not use Quick Balls or Dusk Balls. However, you may use the other specialty balls like Heal Balls, Timer Balls, and Net Balls.
Rule 13: You may not ever use or buy any vending machine drink besides a Fresh Water.
Rule 14: This run must be randomized.(OPTIONAL but RECOMMENDED)
