  11. - A picture of the VC promo received (Make sure that you have a picture of the promo in-game)
  12. - Receipt (showing the gaming ID, the VC, date purchased, Transaction number)
  13. - Transaction history screenshot (*If you are having trouble grabbing a copy of your transaction history, we have a handy guide for you to reference on our [Knowledge Base](http://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/articles/227556987).*)
  14. - VC Store screenshot (This can be done from either MyTEAM Mode > Purchase VC **or** from MyCAREER mode > press the 2K Nav button > Stores/Upgrades/VC > Purchase VC)
