­ Smile And Be Courteous

 **A BGC consists of checking out the applicant's profile card in Find People if you can't find them there then look them up in Chat Room search, check out descriptions of all and any rooms they have.  1. How Did You Hear About VMF?
 2. What Made You Want To Be Interested In Joining?
 3. Tell Me (Us) About Yourself?
 4. What Species Are You? (Vampire/Human/Wolf/Hybrid/Etc)
 5. What Are Your Special Powers/Skills? (Ask About Their Rp Skills. You can ask for an entrance post or an arena entrance post (T-1) in order to judge how skilled they are.)
 6. What Can You Offer To VMF?
 7. What Do You Expect To Gain In VMF?
 8. Do You Consider Yourself Loyal And Respectful?
 9. Do You Have A History With Other Mafias? (If Yes, Have Them Explain)
 10. Are You Currently In Another Mafia/Family? ( If Yes, Check It Out And Have Them
 Explain)
 11. Are You Active? (If So, Let Them Know They Must Check In Daily)
 12. Are You Willing To Serve And Protect The Godfather, Godmother And Family As We All Protect
 Each Other? ( If Said Yes, Tell Them To Repeat To You The Following (The Oath/Vow)

 13. " I ( Name Of Recruit ) Vow/ Take The Oath To Be Loyal To My Fellow Members And Take Full Responsibility For My Words/Actions. I Agree To Serve VMF And Protect The Godfather, Godmother And Family Until My Full Extent. If I Am Caught Being Disloyal I Understand I Will Be Terminated And/Or Killed."

 After The Interview :
­Let Them Know They'll Be On A Three Week Probation...During which time they are to check in on a daily basis (when online) to Godfather, or any of the Underbosses. If neither are on they can check in by sending a message to one of the three.
­ If You Are An Officer On The Group Page, Send Them And Invite.
­ Tell Them To Add " Probating For VMF " On Their Interests.
­ Make Them carefully Read And Sign Off On All The Forums Regarding Rules. (VMF Rules, VMF Dress Code, Command List and VMF Contract)
­ Make Them Do The Bio For Group Page. (Within 1 week)
­ Make Them Purchase Weapons And Professional/ Business Outfits. ( If They Have None )
