  1. Dry Bowser was walking through the volcanic Grumble Volcano as he noticed a weird red door simply standing just before the volcano itself, brushing back his red hair.
  2.
  3. "Hmm... what's this door doing here?" Dry Bowser commented as he entered the door, only to fall several stories down as he looked behind him to see big green hills towering above the green grass below, breaking apart into several pieces as he sighed. "Of course. Who didn't see this coming...?"
  4.
  5. Putting himself back together, Dry Bowser dusted off his fragile bones as he noticed another door standing before him, approaching it as he entered it, to see that he was in the weird dream world of Subcon, noticing all the bizarre creatures of the dream land roaming around, most of them wearing masks. He noticed how vibrant and colorful everything was, with there being a tropical jungle full of tall trees in the back, and several gushing waterfalls before him.
  6.
  7. Dry Bowser: (squints) I could have sworn I dreamt up of this place during one of my races with Birdo...
  8.
  9. On the note of the pink dinosaur with the red bow, Birdo appeared right in front of him, but it wasn't the specific girl he knew, it was one of the many populating the land, noticeably lacking a red bow. Dry Bowser attempted to talk to the dinosaur, but it shot several white eggs at him, causing some yolk to stick to his bones. Dry Bowser growled, slowly making his way towards the Birdo, who backed away through the hills as it fell on one of the logs going down the waterfall. Dry Bowser chucked his own skull at the Birdo, knocking the dinosaur off the log as Dry Bowser quickly grabbed a nearby vine and chucked it at his dislodged skull, grabbing it using his teeth as his body pulled his own head up, placing himself back on as he looked down the waterfall.
  10.
  11. "Well, I'm sure Birdo's not going to like this..." Dry Bowser muttered to himself as he then noticed some tuffs of vegetables in the grass, pulling them up and then chucking them at the enemies who slowly approached the reptilian skeleton, wondering if there was more to this subconscious dimension.
