- BAEKHYEON grew up in a family who were very active- maybe thatβs why he was so energetic growing up as well. during childhood, he never had the thought of becoming an idol, in fact he wanted to become an olympian and represent the country. though, during high school, he sustained a leg injury that led him to quit his dream of becoming an olympian. BAEKHYEON was so heartbroken because of his leg injury that he found no motivation to do anything, though his best friend since childhood wanted him to become happy and realise he could pursue other things and showed him the idol life. BAEKHYEON became interested and eventually auditioned in his first entertainment, KQ entertainment and passed. but two years later, he quit due to his personal schedule. but after he cleared his schedule and wasnβt as busy, he now started looking for a different entertainment to join.
