Special containment procedures

    SCP-13478-1 is to be contained in a test-tube in a room with internet signals (Which are theorized to be how it detects people using SCP-13478)blocked via 15 meters of dense steel.There is vents designed to absorb SCP-13478 if it does somehow come into contact with organic materials,any gas collected will be stored in airtight chambers.

    The computer and its desk is to be stored in a chamber made of concrete,the chair at the desk in unable to be destroyed and you can not be taken of the chair until you are killed by SCP-13478.To prevent anyone sitting in the chair the chair is to be covered in sharp nails.The computer is unable to be taken off the desk and has a strange magnetic like pull to the chair.No one is allowed to use or plug in the computer as it may free SCP-13478.The computer is to be kept away from outlets and electricity.

Description

   SCP-13478 is a VBRS brand computer on a wooden desk with a chair that was located in a library with concrete flooring.Anyone who sits on the computer desks chair and views the low quality jpegs saved on the computer will find that they show various old images,surreal humor,and photos of previous victims.They will then send some of these images to someone using the computer.After shutting down SCP-13478 they will find a yellow rubbery being (dubbed SCP-13478-1) with a streching elongated neck and limbs behind them,who will then kill who ever was on the computer using its giant human hands.SCP-13478 then proceeds to sit at the computer for a while,create more jpegs and then dissolve into a liquid.

    This liquid immediately evaporates on contact with any wood or organic materials.It is unknown if SCP-13478-1 teleports to its victims or it stays as a gas around the computer,when found in the library SCP-13478-1 was merely yellow liquid on the floor,but no gas has been detected near by.It is unknown how SCP-13478 gets its victims to send the images to others or what the motive is.Some have theorized it just thinks its sharing funny images with out knowing that anyone is killed,but it is unlikely that it would be sentient and wouldn't know what SCP-13478-1 is.

Operation Lemonade
    It appears that one of the images on SCP-13478 has spread around on various internet websites,This is not harmful to anyone yet but action must be taken to hide the orgins of the image and disguise where it came from.Terminate anyone who finds the truth.
    Any VBRS computers found are to be contained,only 4 VBRS computers have been documented so far,all having the same effects.Current reasearch into the orgins and whereabouts of the 3 additional computers are inconclusive,and no one knows who or what VBRS is.

Unit4-[Breached Containment]When Unit4 was located and was being transported from an abandoned office building the plane carrying it mysteriously disappeared.SCP-13478-2,A VBRS printer found in the same office building currently nonstop prints photo updates of the planes where abouts that was transporting Unit4.Places in SCP-13478-2's photos do experience increased wind for a day,but no plane sightings.
