-Buy 3 pokeballs and 6 potions
-Do nido yoloball manip
-Do flyer manip and HA the flyer if you can't consistently get yoloball manip
-Save for Brock in a marathon, consider not saving in a race depending on how close the race is
-Do Misty before centering, potion before before saving.
-Sell Poke Balls if you didn't run out in Vermillion on Vape, always sell TM34.
-Fight the SS Anne gentleman after getting HM01.  Candy to 29 after teaching dig and cut (no need to fight top hiker with vaporeon+gentleman)
-Don't save for Surge.  Gentlemandy guarantees you'll live if you have 62+ HP
-Don't save for anything in Rock Tunnel.  Switch out if you can't survive hitting yourself in confusion on 4 Turn Thrash, you should be able to lose the experience without any negative effects.
-Get Max Ether on Vape route
-Buy 10/7/4/3 on Flareon and 11/6/4/3 on Vaporeon (order x accuracy, x special, x speed, x attack)
-4 Supers on Flareon, 3 on Vaporeon
-Get Ice Beam and Rock Slide TMs
-Teach Ice Beam in the Fly menu
-Use Carbos immediately in Silph
-Don't candy at all until Pallet Town
-Use X Speed on Silph Rival
-Koga before Sabrina
-Save before Koga (not strictly necessary, but you haven't saved since Misty at this point)
-In Pallet Town, Repel, Elixer, teach Surf+Strength and Candy three times to 44 before biking to the water. Use both Mansion Candies before getting the Secret Key.
-Blaine->Erika
-Skip X Spec on Erika
-X Spec on Blackbelt and EQ unless you get the Leer badge boost
-Save for Giovanni Gym fight
-X Special on Giovanni turn 1
-Max Ether before Viridian Rival on Vaporeon route, X Acc on Vape X spec on Flareon
-Save for Lorelei
-X Special on Agatha's Golbat then IB or T-Bolt
-Save for Lance
-Lance: X Spec, T-bolt, X Spec, IB x4
-Save for Champion
-Champion: X Spec turn 1
