Hi, i hope you're doing well.

Before anything i know i'm not eligible for refund but this got over the line. And please i hope you're in a great mood because i need your full focus and comprehension.

So i bought Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 a year ago, i didn't like it as much as i was hoping to when i first played but i thought "i bought it, i didn't spend my money well it's my fault".

That's just a part of the reason i'm begging for a refund.

The other part is that the game is asking me to delete over +100GB of space just to download updates EVEN THOUGH i have 90GB of free space.
At first the updates were always +10GB so i thought it was alright, maybe the PS4 always needs spare free space so i would delete a game depending on how much the update needed (usually 30-90GB), and i once deleted a couple as it asked for 115GB more space, i was baffled when i saw the update was 8GB. AND PLEASE KEEP IN MIND I HAVE 90GB OF FREE SPACE.
So whatever i would the delete the game(s), download the BO4 update and download back the games i deleted (i didn't face an issue when downloading these games or any other game or their updates).

(Know that here in Algeria internet/download speed isn't good, mine's average is 450kb/s)

But then i got tired of waiting a day or a couple for a game to download. So i told myself if it does it again i'm gonna delete Black Ops 4 and try to get a refund.
And to my surprise it did it again.
So i deleted it but then i found out i wasn't eligible for refund, i requested a refund anyways without really explaining anything and of course it got denied, so i tried downloading it again and IT DIDN'T ASK for ANYMORE free space.
About 2 days after the download finished, an update dropped and same thing as before. So i gave up on it for a few months.
Until i felt like i wanted to play it again, but that time i deleted the entire game and downloaded it again and it was fine.

So everytime an update dropped i had to delete COD: Black Ops 4 just so i could download it again in the updated version. Then it got to a point where updates dropped weekly and i had to wait about 4 days for the game to download again (89GB), just to delete it again in a couple days.
Then i realised "these updates can't be +10GB every week".

To investigate, i waited for an update to drop, and when it did i checked how much free space i had (93GB), i checked how much the game asked me to delete (32GB) then i did it the old way and i deleted Apex: Legends (36GB)...
THE UPDATE WAS 136MB
IT ASKED ME TO DELETE 32 GIGABITES, TO DOWNLOAD A 136 MEGABITE FILE, WHEN I HAD 93 GIGABITES STILL FREE ON MY PS4.

So for all this time instead of downloading probably around 50MB-2GB updates, i was obliged to delete the entire game and download all the 89GB again.

I can't be bothered with this game anymore.
I've played 3-4 hours MAX since i bought it and it's been a year.
I have now deleted it once and for all.

I haven't been able to enjoy it, it has been ruining my internet (not that my internet is even great in the first place), and it has been forcing me to delete other games, apps and video clips just to download updates.

It was sitting there being useless on my menu, now it's useless in my library. I can't believe i wasted $70 on it.

This is my worst purchase to this date, and i would love to get a refund. You have no idea how much it will be appreciated, i will love you forever.

I really hope you read everything and understood my point of view and the way i'm feeling.
