Undercover Annie


	Mr. Stacks officially adopts Annie. Despite this, Annie still wants to find her real parents. Mr. Stacks still wants to help her find them, as does his girlfriend Grace. Annie's friends Pepper, Tessie, Isabella, and Mia have also said they will keep looking as well. Their caretaker, Ms. Colleen Hannigan, agrees to as well. Little do they know, finding Annie's real parents will be the adventure of a lifetime.


	"Yo Michael, isnt your last name Bennet? That Annie girl who has been all over the news and social media recently also has the last name Bennet. Maybe she's related to you", the convenience store clerk remarks. He is an overweight man with shaggy black in a green shirt and blue jeans. Michael, the customer looking at him from the other side of the counter, has red hair and is wearing a red t-shirt and black jeans. He is purchasing a scratch-off lottery ticket and a soda.

	"I may look into that when i'm not busy", Michael replies. He pays for his purchases and steps outside the door. he quickly scratches off the ticket.

	"Loser", he remarks. He throws the ticket in a trash can and walks home. Michael is surprised to find his front door unlocked. Even more surprising, there's a man in a black suit waiting for him in his living room.

	"A man in black? shouldn't you be out chasing aliens some where?", Michael jokes.

	"Very funny", the man in black chuckles, "I work for the Central Intellegence Agency. You can call me Agent Scott. What I've come to tell you is very important, and also top secret. Your parents were both agents working for the CIA. They were "spies", for lack of a better term".

	"They told me they were in a dangerous line of work. That's why when I was younger they left me with a babysitter most of the time. Then a day came when the babysitter told me that my parents had been killed in a accident. My babysitter adopted me and I lived with her until I turned 18 and then I moved into a house of my own. This house", Michael explains.

	"You parents are not dead. Several years ago, they disappeared while on a mission and we lost contact with them. The "babysitter" you lived with also worked for us. After your parents disappeared, we arranged for her to adopt you and lead you to believe your parents were dead. We did this to protect you in case the ones who captured your parents decided to come after you. We were also afraid you might try to go and rescue your parents if you knew the truth", Agent Scott continues.

	"Why tell me all this now?", Michael asks.

	"Something has come to light that forced our hand. We found out that your parents had had a second child, a girl, and hid her somewhere in New York City. You have a sister Michael. Her name is Annie. She has recently become very famous, and at the same time the criminals that your parents had been investigating when they vanished have come crawling back out of the woodworks after being inactive for some time. We think they are targeting Annie. We want you to go to your sister and keep her safe. If these criminals do come after her, you are the best person to protect her. If by some chance, this gives the two of you a way to rescue your parents, so much the better", Agent Scott explains. Michael quickly begins making preparations for the journey. He walks down into his basement, which is half Laboratory (as he likes to invent stuff) and half gym (as he is training to be a professional wrestler). He decides to bring some of his inventions with him, but leaves all his exercise equipment behind. Agent Scott decides to remain at Michael's house to stand guard in case any of the criminals come looking for Michael.


	A short plane ride (in a private CIA jet no less) later, Michael arrives in New York City.  After getting directions, Michael heads for Stacks Tower.
