Note: This category requires sitting on all benches except the ones inside a dream, i.e. White Palace and Godhome. Also, I refuse to call it "Benchwarmer" because you're only sitting on most of them for like two seconds

•Head through Crossroads like normal
•Fight False Knight and collect the City Crest
•Grab the geo chest [200]
•Collect Vengeful Spirit
•Soul Catcher is probably worth it

Mothwing Cloak
•Make sure to sit at the Ancestral Mound bench as you leave <1>
•Head through Greenpath like normal [340]
•Fight Hornet and collect Mothwing Cloak
•S&Q to Ancestral Mound

Mantis Claw
•Head down into Fungal Wastes and bench at Leg Eater <2>
•Head through Fungal Wastes like normal
•Collect Mantis Claw

Desolate Dive
•Hit the Mantis Lords lever for later
•Head to City of Tears through the City Crest entrance
•Bench at the Quirrel bench <3>
•Collect the Rafters seal and sell it to Lemm [790]
•Head through the DLC rooms to Sanctum
•Kill the Soul Warrior [990]
•Head through Sanctum
•Fight Soul Master and collect Desolate Dive

City Storerooms
•No geo chest or Hallownest seal
•Exit Sanctum and buy at the toll bench [840] (don't sit at it yet)
•Head to Storerooms and collect the Simple Key
•Bench in the Storerooms stag <4> and stag to Dirtmouth [640]

Crystal Heart
•Drop down the well into Crossroads
•Head to the Dive entrance to Peak
•Enter Peak and make a small detour to sit at the bench in the "dark" room <5> (it might be faster to get this bench before Descending Dark)
•Head up and grab the Shopkeeper's Key
•Fight Crystal Guardian [~1020] and bench <6>
•Head to and collect Crystal Heart

Dream Nail
•Rescue the All Skills grub and head through the dark room to Crystallized Mound
•Collect Descending Dark (technically optional because this route gets Shade Soul but it's probably faster to skip Shade Soul and only get this anyway so I'm including both)
•Drop down into Resting Grounds and collect Dream Nail

Shade Soul
•Open and bench in the Resting Grounds stag <7>
•Dive into the crypts and collect the geo chest [1170]
•Bench at the Grey Mourner <8>
•Head back left and cdash across Blue Lake
•Buy and bench to equip Shaman Stone [950] <9>
•Rescue Sly and head to the Crossroads stag (don't kill Gruz Mother)
•Bench <10> and stag to Dirtmouth [900]
•Bench <11> and buy the Elegant Key from Sly [100]
•Stag to Storerooms and head back to Sanctum
•Sit at the toll bench <12>
•Fight the Soul Warrior [300] and collect Shade Soul

Mantis Lords
•Head down and fight the short arena
•Open the manhole and enter Waterways
•Sit at the Waterways bench <13>
•Head to and fight the Hwurmp arena
•Exit into Fungal Wastes and grab Dashmaster I guess
•Sit at the Bretta bench <14>
•Head to and fight the Mantis Lords

Tram Pass
•Collect the geo chest [950] and sit at the bench <15> (ig equip Dashmaster)
•Head back down through the Mantis Lords entrance to Deepnest
•Head to and bench in the hot spring <16>
•Head up to Failed Tramway and bench <17>
•Grab Tram Pass and S&Q

Monarch Wings
•Head back down through the hot spring to the lower tram
•Bench <18> and take the tram to Basin
•Sit at the toll bench <19> [800] (equip Shaman Stone)
•Head through the Mawlurks and grab the Simple Key
•Fight Broken Vessel and collect Monarch Wings
•S&Q to the toll bench (equip Dashmaster)

The Hive & Kingdom's Edge
•Head to Hidden Station
•Open Hidden Station [500] but don't bench
•S&Q to the toll bench, head up to the tram and take it to Kingdom's Edge
•Enter the Hive
•Sit at the Hive bench <20> and head back out
•Head up and exit into Kingdom's Edge
•Head to and bench at Oro <21>
•Head up to and sit at the camp bench <22>
•Head all the way up to the Colosseum of Fools
•Bench <23> (equip Shaman Stone) and drop down by the elevator to King's Station

Lurien
•Head to Spire and kill the Great Husk Sentry [550]
•Sit at the Spire bench <24> and fight the Watcher Knights
•Absorb Lurien

King's Station
•Collect the geo chest [~1200] and head back down Spire
•Enter Pleasure House and head up
•Bench <25> and head to King's Station (I'm not sure if it's faster to exit Pleasure House normally or to drop down the elevator shaft)
•Bench in King's Station <26> and stag to Resting Grounds [900]

Monomon
•Head to the upper tram
•Bench <27> and take it to Crossroads
•Head through Crossroads to the hot spring (kind of like flower quest)
•Bench in the hot spring <28> and acid skip into Fog Canyon
•Head down and enter Archives
•Bench <29> and fight Uumuu
•Absorb Monomon

Greenpath
•Exit Archives and head down to Queen's Station
•Bench <30> (equip Dashmaster) and open Queen's Station [780]
•Head all the way up to Greenpath
•Sit at the bench near Stone Sanctuary <31>
•Head up and sit at the Waterfall bench <32>
•Head left and down and sit at the Greenpath toll bench <33> [730] (it's in the room with the Obbles after the third fireball skip)
•Head to the Lake of Unn and bench <34>
•Head back and down, past the Greenpath stag, to Sheo
•Bench <35> and head back up to the Greenpath stag
•Bench <36> (equip Shaman Stone) and stag to Queen's Station [~600]

Queen's Gardens
•Head up and do QGA to enter Queen's Gardens
•Fight the Petra arena and sit at the Cornifer bench <37>
•Head to and sit at the toll bench <38> [450]
•Head up and fight the upper QG arena
•Head through the frog rooms to the QG stag
•Open the stag [250] and bench <39>

Herrah
•Head down into Deepnest
•Head through the dark rooms to Distant Village
•Skip Beast's Den and absorb Herrah

Mato & Black Egg
•Bench as you exit Beast's Den <40>
•Open the stag [0] and stag to Hidden Station
•Bench <41> and stag to Stag Nest
•Bench at Mato <42>
•Cdash into Dirtmouth and head to the Temple of the Black Egg
•Open the Black Egg and sit at the bench <43>
•Done
