Seiji	The scene opens once again at the special training grounds, the water fall burbling in the early afternoon. Seiji enters the scene surveying the area, the signs of intense training are evident, and he goes about resetting the training aids. While doing so he sees Tsubasa resting against a tree, the signs of her training still evident, with a sigh Seiji takes a blanket from the resting area...
	Seiji	...and covers her with it, before going back to resetting the devices.
	Tsubasa	mumbles something in her sleep, and gently falls on her side, curling into a ball under the blanket.
	Seiji	Finishes with the logs and notices Tsubasa having rolled over. Rubbing the back of his head he gently picks her up and places her on the cot he recently set up before eying the boulder set up warily.
	Tsubasa	wiggles about, pawing about in her sleep. One of her arms latches onto Seiji's leg.
	Seiji	turns and decides to sit down and wait until Tsubasa is comfortable again.
	Tsubasa	mumbles something again and moves her head forward, and begins gnawing on Seiji's ankle, her teeth not even going through the cloth.
	Seiji	gets a pale look and pinches her nose to wake her up.
	Tsubasa	"mmmhn? Sheijeh?" Spits out his pant leg. "A-ah.... Sorry."
	Seiji	"You wanna go get something to eat?"
	Seiji	"You looked hungry."
	Tsubasa	laughs very forcedly and awkwardly. "I should probably be going back to Niji's, actually..."
	Seiji	"Nope."
	Seiji	"You're all worn out and you obviously need some energy. So what will it be? Go back to Konoha and eat at a restaurant or some grilled fish?"
	Tsubasa	sits up, and wraps the blanket more around herself. "I would rather eat out here then..."
	Seiji	"Yosh!" he says with a smile. "I may not be Takeshi, but I can grill a mean fish. How many should we aim for?"
	Tsubasa	"Ah... 10?"
	Seiji	"Right let's aim for ten then." he says as he takes a pole from the tent and ties a kunai to it to make an impromptu spear.
	Tsubasa	nods, watching him make the spear.
	Seiji	"...man I haven't had to use a spear in over a year." he says wistfully. "It's easy to take the little things for granted." he says referring to chakra control.
	Seiji	"Would you like to try as well?"
	Tsubasa	"... Sure." She reaches out for the spear, and attempts to yank Seiji down when she does grab it.
	Seiji	is taken off balance.
	Seiji	"W-waoh-oh."
	Tsubasa	follows up by tripping him and making a hasty retreat!
	Seiji	rolls when he lands and appears in front of tsubasa with amazing speed.
	Seiji	"Ahem..."
	Tsubasa	"..."
	Seiji	"...So that's a no to the fish?"
	Tsubasa	sighs and deflates. "Fine will be fine, Seiji." she replies is a defeated monotone.
	Seiji	sighs and sits down.
	Seiji	"It's alright go if you want to."
	Tsubasa	wavers on spot, looking torn...
	Seiji	stands up and takes her by the hand leading her to the stream he stops and picks up the spear along the way.
	Seiji	"You know, it's fine being a bit apprehensive, but I already told you, I'm not going to turn my back on you when you have a look like that. For now, let's not worry about all that other stuff, and just eat a hot meal and enjoy ourselves okay?"
	Tsubasa	nods. "Okay."
	Seiji	"..." he realizes that isn't going to work.
	Seiji	"Well... before that I may as well check. What's troubling you Tsubasa?"

	Tsubasa	"..."
	Tsubasa	snorts, then giggles a bit..
	Seiji	"That's what I want to see." he says with a smile.
	Tsubasa	then starts laughing really loudly. It's a laugh of someone who hasn't in too long.
	Seiji	chuckles with her.
	Seiji	"Leave brooding to Sasuke and Durako Tsubasa. It doesn't suit you. Dancing and laughing and being merry suits you far better." he says pulling her into the same dance she often pulls him into.
	Tsubasa	stops laughing as Seiji pulls her in the dance, breathing raggedly and having started crying at some point. "Hehehe.... I would say you try too hard, but you always know how to make me feel better."
	Seiji	continues to dance with her humming a tune to the music and just letting her feel at ease.
	Tsubasa	begins moving a bit easier, and leading Seiji when he missteps.
	Tsubasa	"Seiji. I know i've asked it before but... why do you try so hard to make me happy?"
	Seiji	"All sorts of reasons. Mostly because I don't want to see you sad. Because you're my friend and you've had enough sadness in your life. Because you're my teammate and I want to support you. Because you were the first person to offer to support my dreams with me. And because that's my Nindo. Whether it's you or Takeshi or Durako or Kissaki or Nitamono or Ino or even Sasuke, I want to support...
	Seiji	...you all, and bring everyone closer together. That's how I express my Will of Fire, which I'd be happy to explain to you whenever you wish to hear about it." he says till humming the tune and dancing with her.
	Tsubasa	chews on bottom lip... "Yes. I would like to hear about it. Maybe then I can honestly apologize..."
	Seiji	"Well it's simple in premise and hard in execution... like a slow waltz I suppose."
	Tsubasa	smiles. "And using dancing metaphors? You never aim for less then 100 percent, do you?"
	Seiji	"The main tenants of the Will of Fire is about supporting the next generation. We struggle for our children's future, and carry on our elder's wills to fulfill that which they could not in life. The idea is, that everyone is a family, and everyone looks out for one another. We mourn together and celebrate together, and we strive to inspire others so that they reach for greater heights. Like...
	Seiji	...a fire burning on into the night, with each new flame rising higher and higher spreading farther and warming those around it..."
	Seiji	chuckles.
	Seiji	"You should ask Iruka san about that some day."
	Seiji	"There are various personal opinions on it, and everyone's 'Will' is slightly different. For example, thanks to Sensei, I have a desire to teach, and guide those around me out of troubling times."
	Tsubasa	eyes half close and she takes on a look of deep though. Her moves begin to follow Seiji's more. "How was t first... introduced? it sounds very well thought out..."
	Seiji	"It's existed in some form for a long long time. The modern version was established by the first Hokage, Harashima Senju, as a way to help unite the disparate clans together under the banner of Konoha, and bring them closer to one another. The Will of Fire can take the shape of a weapon if someone is charismatic enough to manipulate it, but mostly it's more of a shield to protect the unity...
	Seiji	...of the village from social subversion. It has begun to weaken recently, most notably with the Uchiha massacre. That's part of what Naruto was railing against in his speech."
	Tsubasa	"... It must pain him to watch it slowly die. I am surprised one like him is so taken with it... "
	Seiji	"That's one of the things though. If the older generation starts to lose it's way, it falls on us, the new generation, to help guide them back on the right path. Naruto is stronger than I gave him credit for when we were in the academy. Much like myself, he's had a lot of time to contemplate on this stuff. He chose to embrace the village and force it to acknowledge him, as opposed to turning...
	Seiji	...his back on it, the same way it mostly turned its back on him."
	Tsubasa	"He is much stronger then I thought him too. Much stronger then I... Does your plan to reform the police also involve reigniting the will of fire?"
	Seiji	"It does. There are several reasons I want to create this task force. That is one of them. Cops can hold chairty events, fund raisers, blood drives, picnics and all sorts of things that you can't really expect ANBU to do. They can strengthen the community as they strengthen our military readiness and give us a potent tool to defend the village with in times of peace."
	Tsubasa	nods.
	Seiji	"Well anyway, I think that spiritually you can be just as strong as Naruto is if not stronger. You just have to believe in yourself a bit more is all. And until you can I'll believe in you for you." he grins as their dance comes to a slow end.
