Odessa

Chairwoman Odessa.

She is a modestly tall woman, of about 5 feet and 9 inches, with a deep, tawny complexion at about a 27 on the Von Luschan scale. She has dark hair tied into a side bun, blue eyes so bright they almost seem to glow, and modest signs of aging on her face putting her at around 35 years old. She has light freckles across her face and a fine, difficult to notice pair of scars about her right cheek. There are more noticeable scars in various places across her body, though many are covered by her usual choice of apparel. In both of her ears are a pair of silver earrings with fine blue gems set into them. Hung about her shoulders is a heavy, fine cape made of deep wine red fabric, with the Lantern-Bearers insignia on the front of the right side. Beneath this is a plain, matte black bodysuit, accompanied by a thick, black and gold lined glove, and matching fine, high-heeled boots. Tied into her hair bun are four ribbons of that same wine red shade of various lengths. Strapped to her hip by another such ribbon is a holster containing a plain revolver.

Her left arm is uncovered all the way up to the shoulder, while her right arm is covered by the bodysuit. Her left arm displays a sleeve tattoo of various blue flowers, all the way down the arm. They enshrine an orb inked in glowing white ink at the back of her hand. She does not wear a glove on this hand.
