Reasoning: It was time to mobilize but Hisame still lacked a few her modules. The funds were a bit scarce but she'd rather obtain a new power to compensate until it was possible to upgrade her specs. They were outdated but with the flow of infinite energy that she held, it was possible to acquire power that'd boost her plenty.

TLDR: With this power, she'd use it to give them a higher ground on their assault towards the city. While also not being a waste of money and losing completely to her opponent. She held the Blade of Ruin and it belonged to the one and only Tony and she didn't want to disgrace its power by being defeated. Her specs wouldn't allow it.
