NOTE: Some antivirus programs may instantly remove the .exe upon downloading the .zip, so you may need to add an exception / temporarily disable your antivirus if your game is nowhere to be found. Don't worry, I'm 100% sure it's a false positive.

Open DXWnd instead of the game because you cannot run the game in windowed without it. Go to Edit > Add and find the .exe under Path. If you don't name it, it will show up at the bottom of the list and should have a cyan dot. Right-click the game and click run. Check the how to play section if you want, although all you really need to know is listed below.

Default controls are arrows for movement, z for jump, and x for boost when you have the required powerup. You can change controls in-game if you wish. When you game over, type "letc" on the main menu (you don't need to open a cheat menu or anything) and go to level select to pick whatever level you were on. Unfortunately you must do this every time, but it's a pretty minor inconvenience. Your goal in each level is to collect all the candies. The number of candies is displayed at the bottom of the screen. When you collect them all, a golden egg spawns. Collect this egg to finish the level. Be sure to move your mouse to alter your camera angle when you're not sure how to approach a jump. This game can be surprisingly challenging if you do not utilize this.
