- Hey guys, how’s it goin?
- I had multiple runs get close to breaking records this week. Considering how few and far between PBs have been for me, I have been left wondering what else I could be doing to improve my times if I have no extra time to practice. I see how my videos do on YouTube and find all of my good speedruns getting the most views so, despite my best efforts to be entertaining on stream, I am simply not getting an audience with my charisma. And after watching several top streamers and speedrunners recently, I am learning the lesson that personality doesn’t matter too much so why should I bother trying. Connecting the dots together, I am led to believe that I should put my energy into greater focus on the run so I can produce more of the better speedruns that my audience actually prefers to watch. I will try not talking so much during runs this week and see what feedback I get.
