Hey! I wasn't doing anything today and was suuuper bored so I thought I'd give you a visit and see what you're up to.

I've gotta tell you about something that happened the other day, well I was--

Are you sure? Normally you're a bit more excited to see me. Did you have a rough day or something?

Sweetie, if something's bothering you, you've got to tell someone. You can't keep negative emotions in like this, you have to let them out.

I'll sit here and listen to any problem you've got, even if you're angry about something and you want someone to vent to, I'll listen, even if your lungs give out and you bring the roof down.

That girl you were seeing? Yeah, I remember, you were crazy about her. Didn't she move to a different country? You told me you wanted to keep contact with her.

(Pity) I'm guessing things didn't work out.

(Shocked) She stopped talking to you? AND she deleted you on social media? Oh, that's terrible. Surely it can't get any worse.

She's...dating another guy already? And you're still into her.

(Pause)

There we go, relax and let your head rest on my thighs. Best pillow ever, am I right?

(She giggles)

Ssssshhh, it's ok, I'm here. Ssshhh, don't fight it, let it all out.

You always had nice, soft hair.

(Joking) What kind of shampoo do you use to get it this soft?

(She giggles)

I'm just trying to change the topic, get you focused on something else, y'know?

If I can be totally honest, this isn't as bad as it seems. I know you're crushed and it seems like everything's going wrong for you, but you've gotta believe things will get better.

And keep in mind, this has nothing to do with your value as a person. You aren't worth any less because some girl didn't want you in her life.

You didn't do anything wrong, you just had some bad luck.

And now you feel like you put all that time and effort into your relationship for nothing, huh. And you don't know if you could deal with having your heart broken again?

Don't be like that, you're not destined to be alone forever, that's ridiculous. Nobody comes out of all their relationships unscathed, it's just something you'll have to overcome. And you know what the best part is?

You don't have to do it alone. You have so many people that care for you and love you. People that can help you realise that one girl doesn't equal the entirety of your happiness.

And like I said, you aren't destined to a life of loneliness.

Somewhere out there, there's a girl waiting for you. And right now she's feeling exactly like you.

YOU are the guy she's looking for. All you need is some patience and you're bound to find each other.

I know it hurts, I can only imagine how heart breaking it'd be,to have someone you care so much about toss you aside like you meant nothing to them.

But trust me, you did matter to her. Sure, it might not seem like that now while she's off with some other guy. But believe me, when you two were together, you were her world. She'd always be telling me how much fun she had spending time with you and how excited she was to see you again.

You mattered to her. And one day you'll matter to a girl who deserves someone like you.

Here's the worst case scenario. Let's say she never cared about you. Let's say she was relieved to be far away from you so she could finally dump you from her life.

Even if all that was true, you know who still cares about you? You know who will always be with you to wipe your tears and remind you how special you are?
