Requirements for Event

-Event Idea-

 My character is a tuffle that hates every being on Planet Vegeta, they don't want people to start wars again soo the only logical way to stop this is of course by nuking the planet and wiping out everyone.

 I already have a "nuke" set up but i also want to make it so my character has an android henchman of which the other people have to fight, i don't want it to be incredibly powerful but at least above average or at least stronger than the majin. I dunno what stats exactly i'd need for that but i for sure want then to have the generic stuff like fly blast and beam but also Homing Finisher.

 Their stats would be more force orientated, having good speed, force and defense.
