- 8. In tegenstelling tot de agenda van de staat is oorlog slecht voor het zakencijfer van de Maffia. Als de Maffia oorlog voert met een concurrent, doden ze geen honderdduizenden onschuldigen.

- 2. De staat zou zich het liefst bemoeien met wat je tussen de lakens doet. De Maffia levert je zelfs met plezier bijna alles wat daarbij je genot kan verhogen.
