  1. Name:
  2. James
  3.
  4. IGN:
  5. ComeAlive
  6.
  7. Age:
  8. I am seventeen years of age, born on the 21st of September 1997.
  9.
  10. Location/timezone:
  11. I live in the UK, time-zone GMT+0.
  12.
  13. Position you are applying for:
  14. I am applying for administrator.
  15.
  16. Why are you applying for this position?
  17. Well, I've been 'roaming', so to speak, for a while now. I've not found that one server that I can call "home", and that's what I believe I have found here. What you have is what I am looking for - a well thought-out network. I want to give it my all as an administrator, gain more experience, and ultimately create a network of people that I can say are my friends, that I am proud to call my home - my calling if you will. I want to help people, both staff and players, build this network to be the best network there can be.
  18.
  19. Do you have any previous experience in this position on other servers?
  20. I've got bags of experience with all kinds of staff positions, ranging from helper all the way to Manager and even Owner. A list of most of my previous experience can be found here.
  21.
  22. What sets you apart from other applicants?
  23. I've got a plethora of skills and qualities which I believe could be beneficial to the team.
  24. I'll elaborate:
  25.
  26. 1. I believe that I can be very professional when I need to be (which, for me, is most of the time). I don't slack, and when I'm doing my job I take it very seriously. Along with my professionalism, I'm integrative and honest. I'm not afraid to speak my mind (more often than not this gets me into trouble - silly, right?) and I won't lie to, perhaps, cover up for a friend. I respect my friends, but if they break a rule I'm won't hesitate to punish them. I'm lenient to the extent that I won't punish people for breaking a rule if they are unaware of the rules. I'll remind them to take a look at a rules and issue them a warning. Part of the professionalism deal that you get when choosing me is my knowledge of the game and my willingness to help people. I'll go out of my way and stop what I'm doing to aid whoever is in need. Along with these qualities, I'm also very mature. I do tend to get defensive and this sometimes results in arguments, but more often than not I'll just laugh at them.
  27.
  28. 2. I've got bags of experience, so much so that it's becoming hard to keep track of. The experience listed HERE is not all of it - I struggle to remember a lot of my past experience. What experience does give me, though, is knowledge. I've learned a lot through the past 8 years of gaming, both with the games I've played and also as a moderator. I've learned a lot of tricks and techniques which benefit me as a staff member.
  29.
  30. 3. I'm intelligent. You may call me arrogant for saying so, but it's the truth. I'm knowledgeable regarding both gaming matters and other general subjects. I'm interested in programming languages and I'm currently learning a few (HTML/CSS/JS/jQuery/PHP/Ruby/Python/Visual Basic and I plan on learning more once I'm comfortable with my current languages), but I'm also interested in spoken languages. I have a real knack for language and I pick things up quite quickly. I speak fluent English (both written and spoken), and I speak semi-fluent Swedish. I started learning German as one of my GCSEs (got an A) and I'm currently learning Japanese.
  31.
  32.
  33. What skills can you bring to our network?
  34. As above, I've got a plethora of skills and qualities readily available. Aside from the stuff listed above, I'm a semi-talented graphic designer and I've got quite a bit of experience with YouTube.
  35.
  36. How many hours per week can you dedicate to fulfilling your duties?
  37. I can dedicate upwards of 2 hours per day, and 10 hours on the weekends.
  38.
  39. Anything else that you would like to tell us about?
  40. No, I have nothing else to add.
  41.
  42. Thanks for reading,
  43.
  44. James
