"What is the Concept of the Ward?"
Kyoto in Bakumatsu era, but with the appearance of Venice. Change all the Japanese element into Italian / Western element.
Where everything looks beautiful and looks arranged neatly and orderly, but actually hiding dirty things at the behind.

"What is the Concept of the Warden?"
An evil Lich who brainwashed the citizens with the concept of himself being a [God Descendant] and his words are the rule.

"How is the Geographical Overview (such as Rural, Urban, River, Coast, Hills, etc.)?"
Urban in the middle with some parts on the outskirts are rural (which on one part filled with field, and at the other part filled with forest). Small canal like rivers are crossing here and there on the Ward, making the main transport for the ward using gondola and boats.

Two biggest river (Mallard River and Cinnamomum River) splits the area of the Ward. The area near Mallard River are the main downtown of the Ward (with the Warden place are near that area), while the area near Cinnamomum River are more outskirt.

"How is the Demographic (and Population)?"
Most are fair to light skinned and has a wide range of hair color shade from silver blonde to darker brown to red. But most importantly, there are no black haired people. The hair color also somehow shows the caste between the people (as it was given through lineage), with higher caste usually has a lighter hair color than the lower caste people. And caste determined how people are treated inside this Ward.

The population is flourishing for its size, with mostly are younger people on the downtown, and older people on the outskirts.

"How is the Oppression done in this Ward?"
The brainwash done by the Warden ended up strengthen the caste system inside the citizen. Which ended up making a social bullying between the caste. And due to the brainwash, the citizen saw it as an absolute rule that cannot be broken.

"How is the Warden viewed by Citizens of the Ward?"
Feared, due the believe that the Warden was the descendant of the Sun God Solaria. But also worshiped by them. And they believe that the word of the Warden is absolute.

"How is the Power-Balance of Wardens, Revolutionist Group, Citizen, and Others?"
The Warden hold the absolute rule decider. With the government under the warden taking care of the administration and such. A group of wandering knight was given task to make sure the rule was followed by the citizen.

The Revolutionist Group works guerilla and mostly works undercover as a normal business transportation company own by a higher caste people of the community. During this work, they use their legal name to show the business was not something shady. While not doing their transportation business, each member works on their own on their respective family to gain connection and search for information regarding the Warden. Mostly work with an alias name during these times.

Citizens has power depends on the caste they are in. The lowest caste does not have any power at all.

Other people from outside the Ward was seen with a distrust eyes. Even though everyone in the Ward will greet them with a smile, but who knows what lies deep within their mind.

"Despite the intelligent and sentient Stigmata Monster should not exist (except maybe the Warden), how terrible is the havoc of Stigmata Monsters in this Ward?"
The havoc of the Stigmata Monsters is mostly seen on the outskirts of the Ward, where the lower caste and the elders stay. Which basically where the support line of life located, making it a troublesome problem for the citizen. Hence the strengthen the mindset of the center part of the ward is the safe place and won’t be attacked due to it being the Warden’s (who is the God’s descendant) location.

"How do you plan to throw the hook to other Characters to join your Session/Arc?"
A mix between [requests from the revolutionist group for the revolution preparation (an invitation to know other wards group)] and [a request from trading group from the Ward looking for people to bodyguard them to return due to sudden the Stigmata Monster sightings rumor].

"How do you plan to make sure to prevent paradoxes and bleed from the Ward to others?"
To reach the Ward, people outside of the Ward will have to go through a quite misty path, which the mist somehow keeps what on the Ward to not leaked outside. And also make the Ward to be isolated from outside world.

While for the citizen itself, they distrust people outside the Ward, making them mostly won’t go outside the Ward. Even those who were tasked to do business outside the ward will prefer to keep everything to themselves and talk less unless they were in dire need (like when for session / arc).

"What is the general [export] and [import] of the Ward?"
Export: Tea, Coffee, Field products (mainly vegetables), and Art and Craft products (glass beads, high quality linen / silk, et cetera).
Import: Sugar. And every other thing that they don't produce.

"What are the common [Sins] and [Virtues] of the Citizens, which might contribute to the Loot or Sacrifices from the Ward?"
Tend to close eyes with the difference between Caste, although deep inside they have Envy between the Caste. And also the mindset of [not knowing is a bliss] is a norm. (Lust, Gluttony, Envy as primary Sins)
Patience, Diligence and Kindness as primary Virtues.

"What is the Obsession of the Warden, along their primary Corruption or Sin?"
The obsession of wanting to be the real god and gain influence due to past hatred toward the [real gods]. And being a grand master puppeteer for the people in the Ward.
