Ashley bias documentation

Start of Record: I was sent to zone aisle 1 minutes before close. Ashley asked if Mallory would do drawer pulls to which she said she was uncomfortable doing it. When Mallory volunteered me, Ashley said nevermind and she would get Diana to do it.
9/29/19: I was sent to my break 35 minutes earlier than we try to target for. When I commented on it, Ashley made a relentless glance and just told me to go. Upon returning from my break, I was immediately sent to self checkout. three hours later as soon as Ashley left for the day, Nalir had me swapped out with Dallas because she prefers me in customer service - her own words.
9/30/19: she sent me down to lumber for the two hours I agreed to come in for. Dallas was left at customer service and Michelle who I swapped with was sent to do product returns. When Michelle pointed out she would prefer to be in lumber, Ashley told her she would "see where they were" later. This never happens.
