I was a member of IRON when I last played EL around 7 years ago, but since restarting no.

Do You have any friends in IRON?

I am not sure who, if any, of the old guys are still playing. I have been chatting to Sadness in game and it was seeing the IRON tag still walking the lands that made me get a little nostalgic. I was good friends with WhizzKidd, Perun and Anthropologist before work and real life parted me from the game.

How long have You been playing EL and how frequently do You play?

I have only just got back to EL and have created a new character so I can play through all the new content that has been added. I play daily for as many hours as work will allow (normally 5 ish). When I last played I was playing daily about the same amount of hours for around 18 months.

Why do You want to join IRON?

I would love to get back into the swing of things with the guild I enjoyed playing with last time, it would also be a bonus if there was anyone still playing form back then for a good old catch up. I always enjoyed my time in the guild before and from chatting to Sadness it seems many of the same principles still stand today.

What is your current goal in EL and What do you expect to get out of IRON?

Well my current goal is to get some levels on the board and continue having fun exploring the great new content that has been added over the recent years. In the long run I will be aiming to become a useful member of instance and invance groups, while maintaining a fun, healthy outlook on the game.

I enjoy fishing and try to go when the English weather allows for it (fine weather fisherman  ). I enjoy playing a wide variety of video games and have been involved in the running of fps teams in Counter Strike Source, Team Fortress 2, Battlefield etc.. for the gaming organization [A++ Gaming]. I attend LAN tournaments to either compete, cover for the press or just to catch up with friends.

Tell Us a bit more about Yourself.

I am a self employed IT engineer/consultant/repairer type guy. It is a recently started business that came about due to being layed off from my last place of work (school network technician). Now that I work from home I am in a position where I can dedicate a fair chunk of time to an mmo again and figured I would take a look at EL after an overly long hiatus.

I started out gaming properly on the release of Quake in 1995 and played it and the follow up versions to this day. I came to enjoy a wide array of games and it wasn't too long before I dipped my toe into the world of mmo's with Ultima Online firstly and then Eternal Lands. My time in EL was made special by the IRON guild and many late nights and good times were shared by all. For the past few years I have been running a gaming team and attending LAN events with them.

I understand that my levels are really low at the moment, however I will be training my A/D/M up as fast as possible as soon as I have managed to scrape some gold together to get myself a decent god level and some training supplies.
