Adamdeus Cho "drawing even" with classic Hulk is questionable. Cho doesn't want to hurt the guy, and its a very brief fight. His calling it a draw might have just been his way of calming the Hulk down. Even though you're not using the moon feat, it's more evidence that Cho isn't going all out, as he would when bloodlusted and thinking his sister in danger, as classic Hulk isn't that strong.

[This feat](https://imgur.com/a/gfBFy) also suggests he's stronger than Classic Hulk, though perhaps Classic Hulk started out weak in his first few issues. It's been years since I read early Hulk.

It's also worth noting that if the fight had continued, [Cho's regen](https://imgur.com/a/MGgYY) would have made it very disadvantaged. The Hulk could damage him, as he can damage the Hulk, but Cho would recover quickly.

Magneto's flight will make it very hard for the Hulk to tag him properly. The Hulk can jump, but there's only so much control he can exert on his movement in the air. He'd be easily dodged.

If he is hit, his shield can tank blows from the likes of [Hercules](https://imgur.com/xMOaQHY), [Thor](https://imgur.com/Qh4ikbP), and [Phoenix](https://imgur.com/qSR0m8I). The Hulk will do minor damage at best.

He can also one-shot by [EMPing the Hulk's brain](https://i.imgur.com/C0nQnaD.jpg).

The Golden Gate bridge is too powerful a stage for him. He can dump Hulk in the water and win in ten seconds, or otherwise abuse the metal.

The Human Torch can survive [Thing-level](http://i.imgur.com/z1JbCVf.jpg)[^([2])](http://i.imgur.com/n6uWLtZ.jpg) blows, blows from [Namor](http://imgur.com/a/16iFI)[^([2])](http://i.imgur.com/2YsX3uV.png) and [Gladiator](http://i.imgur.com/GsprTgi.jpg). Couple that with his flight, and range, and I don't think the Hulk has the neccessary odds of putting him down before he's flame-grilled.

Raditz also scales to Piccolo, who moonbusts within a day of fighting him. He also also scales such that he should no-sell mountain-busting and city-busting attacks.

Raditz has the advatnage of flight and ranged attacks, too. The Hulk will struggle to get close while Raditz just blasts him from a distance.
