  1. GMWAR IS A GAMEMODE PROJECT CONSISTING OF 2 GAMEMODES, HOSTED ON SEPRATE SERVERS.

  5. GAMEMODES:GMWAR:PvP (an fps)
  6. :GMWAR:OBJECTIVE (rpg... kind of)

  8. GLOBAL FEATURES:

  10. Ranking system - Players will be awarded ranks for a certain amount of kills(score), when ranking up a little tune (the one from cod) will play. (an image will also appear based on US army ranks, the picture will have the picture of their new rank along with text that flashes on screen)

  12. Saving - If you are in the middle of the game and have like 1 kill/point and leave, your points are saved to the database (joint) of both gamemodes. Also with this, you get to pick up where you left off. What you have on one server, you have on the other.

  14. PMing - You can /pm people (private chat) in both gamemodes however the person will be promted if they would like to accept your pm, if they do not the message will not show.

  16. Credit System - The armory and anything else that involves a currency uses the credit system. In simple how it works is the per second updated DB is writes/reads your score, so if you have 18 score (session score) it will write that, if the next second you have 19 score, it will write that to your global score. Now, if you come back the next day and just join a server with this game mode, your score will be 0, but as soon as you acumulate one score, all of a sudden your session score is 1, but your total score is 20. You will be able to view your global score with f3, aswell, in that same menu will be the credit systems purchase function. You drag your mous over the text input and input how much credits you want to add to your account (default is 0), 1 score = 2 credits. Like your score, the credits write/save to the global database. Now, if you spend your score, you still have that score, but it becomes used score, because, score/usedscore has to be < X to have your rank < X. (You will never lose ranks!)

  20. VIP Benefits - VIPs recieve a 3X credit ratio per score filed. (6 per 1 score).

  22. Custom content - anything from animation to models and maps, we wanna go all out.

  24. Unlocks - with ranks you get to unlock anything from new weapons to new armor. Insurgens and US army uniforms will be availible in the genre for armor unlocks, I am to make it very customizable. As for Weapons, you'll see anything from an m4 to a bayonet - to an rpg(terrrorist style) - to an M1A1 main battle tank(UNLOCKABLE!? OVERPOWERED?!, sure for one million credits, you deserve it. *ONLY USABLE IN THE OBJECTIVE GAMEMODE).

  30. PvP/FPS FEATURES:

  32. Unlock system - a personalisable Armory bound to your account featuring all of your favorites.

  34. TEAMMODE - Work in a sqaud or lonewolf, be aware, there is power in numbers yet also more targets too.

  36. LEADERBOARDS - An up - to - date leaderboards of the top killers and highest scorers (only for fps gamemode) at the push of a button - f1

  43. Tasks or "quests" - The player will be able to talk to npcs for tasks, now keep in mind this is based in the war on terrorism, so, it will be a desert setting or urban/desert setting with revelant tasks. For example, you might be given the job from the Sargeant to go and defuse 5 land minds.

  45. Mobs - Unlike the PvP/FPS, you don't fight each other but instead npcs. You will be given no score for killing npcs but the npcs on random will drop score. Other task items and other items specific for GMWAR:Objective may also drop.

  47. Vehichles - Also purchased with CREDITS from f2, the garage. You will see anything from jeeps to tanks.

  49. buddy system - allows you to add/remove buddies (permanant like steam friends) which you can do things like form group squads (different from PvP squads) that you can do quests with for issurance (some hard quests, there will be). You can also have the ability to /bm them (buddymessage) which instantly displays in their chatbox unlike the PMs.
