  1. These gauntlets appear suited for a pugilist, a bruiser, with deep red metal, spikes across their knuckles, with a touch of refinement thanks to the lush fur trim around the openings at the wrist, as if meant to insulate the wearer against harsh, cold climes. However the abundance of arcanium, of blood copper, and even silvery moon arcanium that is forged into the finger plates speaks to the ability of these sets of gloves to conduct tremendous amounts of magical power.

  3. In the palm of each hand is nestled a glass sphere of living lightning, further conducted by the blood copper that comprises the hand portions. It crackles latently over the metal in tiny arcs of lightning, even at rest, and a mere gesture from the weapon can bring about the power of nature's unrestrained fury in the form of furious whorls of lightning; so impressive and intense is the electricity generated that it's capable of gathering up fields of magnetism, drawing in bits of shrapnel into a very different kind of storm altogether. Several swathes of more blood copper are included with the gauntlets to suit this very purpose.

  5. On the back of the hands rests another set of matching gems, containing not the power of storms but that of the spirits native to Moxtli's bygone warriors. Their strength, bravery, and matching ferocity lends itself to the overall power, giving purpose and cause to what otherwise might be dangerously undirected power.

  7. It's no doubt that the blood copper can be responsible for the red coloration of the main body of this work. Yet the metal has been annealed in something strange to cause it to glisten and gleam an even deeper shade of garish crimson. It could also be what gives this weapon a strange, alien life of its own; it pulses with power and thumps dully over the static crackle, not unlike a beating heart.
