Resolution condemning the treachery, betrayal and treason of JEWS, to declare
JEWS and his ambassadors personae non gratae, to define who is an ambassador of
the traitor JEWS, and for other purposes

Whereas, JEWS, having been entrusted with high office, betrayed the Government,
and in his treachery established an illegitimate shadow government on 7 October
2019, and registered #8kun, not with the purpose of holding it for the benefit
of the Government, but to build it as a competitor to the Government's main
asset, #8chan,

Whereas, JEWS, in his treachery, committed treason against the Government by
offering the registration of #8kun to N. T. Technology, which the Government is
at war with,

Whereas, JEWS, and his ambassadors, having betrayed the Government, and
attempted to devalue its assets, and attempted to sign treaties with its
enemies while still holding a position in the Government,

Whereas, on 21 October 2019, the #8chan access list looked like:

Wherefore, the Government resolves, through its sovereign, who has the divine
right to unilaterally make any decision not in conflict with interchannel law
(that is to say, the Rizon IRC network's rules), with or without agreement of
the high officers appointed by the Government, to declare the chief traitor
JEWS, and all his ambassadors, as PERSONAE NON GRATAE, and as such, declares to
EXPEL the chief traitor JEWS, and all his ambassadors, for an unlimited period
of time, (and that the method of this expulsion be addition to the AKICK list,)

Resolved finally, that the chief traitor JEWS, and all his ambassadors, may
only be readmitted if their persona non grata status is removed by another
resolution of the sovereign, and no one else, either via the sovereign
accepting a treaty with the enemy Government of the chief traitor JEWS, or via
another PGP signed resolution.
