  11. I have bugged the psi balance GMCP as you requested. To help make it easier for you to code (thanks for maintaining the system for us all) I've included a chart on what has changed from before to now, as well as what I have suggested.

  28. -------[Lerad on 10/27/2011 @ 03:31 bugs]------
  29. [GMCP/PSIBAL] The latest changes to GMCP vitals for psionic balances is a mistake, and an inaccurate
  30. reflection of the state of psi balances. There are THREE states a psionic channel can be in. (1) It
  31. can be OPEN AND AVAILABLE, allowing any psionic ability usable on that channel to be used, as well
  32. as any normal eq-required ability to be used. (2) It can be LOCKED AND AVAILABLE, where the channel
  33. is not usable for any psionic ability, BUT any normal eq-required ability can be used. (3) It can be
  34. either LOCKED or UNLOCKED but TAKEN, where the channel is not usable for any psionic ability AND any
  35. eq-required ability is NOT USABLE. | By changing all locked instances of a channel to display "0"
  36. (unavailable) it creates a false statement on the state of the psionic balance. To fix this, please
  37. either REVERT the change, or create a new value to denote the second state as I have described above,
  38. which is left out of the current values of "1" (available) and "0" (unavailable)
